He looks younger than the Skyward Sword Link and the Twilight Princess Link.

Nintendo always trying to go for the same age group just limits their audience way too much. The only mature games are just shown after the event. Their games do look fun, but too childish and definitely not for me. Nothing warrants a wii-u still. You will lack so many cross platform games plus the mature story lines of Uncharted, Halo, The Last of Us and ect.

I don't care about "mature" as much as I care about "fun" which is the entire point of playing a game. If it's mature but not fun then I wouldn't give a shit.

Mature is more compelling and impressive. An astonishing story against one that's never remotely plausible. Even without the story I've definitely had a much more fun experience on Halo multiplayer than playing any Zelda game. If you're over the age of thirteen I don't see how someone can enjoy a new Zelda title over a TLoU one. That's just the exclusive comparison. How many third party games is Nintendo missing out on?

Because...controlling a super soldier in armor fighting parasitic aliens with the assistance of an artificial intelligence is remotely plausible?

Of course it is.
Those mature games have better content in general. The graphics, story and gameplay are more complex and impressive. It's not only quality, but quantity, too.

Zelda just has a feeling you can't replicate. Im worried about the futuristic feel they had going for this one though.. explosive bow and arrow tips, and still no title or remote release date. Barely even a teaser.

Graphics aren't a reliable standard of quality of gameplay.
Complex doesn't always equal better. That goes for story, gameplay, etc.

Yet, these are better. You may enjoy Zelda more, but its graphics, story and gameplay don't match that of any of the games I mentioned.

Pretty much the reason I haven't gotten a console from them. They try some new stuff which is cool, but their consoles always lack the better games, always seems to be Mario, Link, and Sonic games over and over.

Childish games do hold fun to them, but the fact its more childish kind of limits the story an whats going to happen.
Last game I ever got impressed by from Nintendo was when RE4 came out on the gamecube. Which was when I first saw the game.

Nintendo only really has Nostalgia for the older audience.

I would like to know if its Nintendo not wanting certain games on their console, or that maybe it really is a bitch to port to for developers. Porting things over is a bitch, if the WiiUs hardware isn't as good, then it may just not be worth the time and money to do it.

That's opinionated. When I play a Zelda game I'm looking not only at the game story but the larger interconnected timeline story as well. The story for games has only gotten better as graphics improve and facial features are able to be defined and expressed better. Gameplay has always been simple but fun and challenging in its own way for me from Zelda. Graphics may not be the best and ultra realistic or Ultra HD or shit like that, but Skyward Sword was phenomenal given the Wii's capability, and the new Wii U game's graphics look fantastic and detailed yet light and beautiful.

So the Zelda game has a universe for me that can't be replicated by any other game, no matter how good it is. A larger expanded story that supersedes any single game, but individual stories have always been solid without being overly complex. And graphics don't have to be realistic to be good. Wind waker HD is one of the best looking games I've seen, and there isnt one thing complex about those graphics.

I'm not saying it's not good, I'm saying it's not better compared to the best exclusives on the other consoles.
