Nah, I don't see it that way. Using Fuuton right now. But the reason I think Fuuton requires it is because its "big moves" actually require you to position your character or for the hit to actually somewhat hit to get anything out of them. Obviously if you get hit by a Endan you're generally going to fucking die. But if you get hit by a Kaze Gai there is a high chance you can simply body flicker out of it. The residual damage from Renkuudan isn't that big of a deal so you still actually want to hit that move 80% of the time. While with a move like Goruyuuka even if you miss those 150 vit flames or what fucking ever still can have a huge impact on the battle. If the self stuns were coded differently, I can see Speedy also reducing that effect on moves in exchange for 20% HS reduction that it lost. So it can still do something for an element like Katon, but I'm not completely sure if that actually needs to be done. Also, the HS reduction on Renkuudan times up fairly well with how long Nagashi last. (Dem Ez Renkuudans son) /notthatimportant Edited by Fox, Dec 31 2013, 01:51 AM.

well i think thats an unfair comparrison yes someone can body flicker out of kazegai but chances of that happening are insanely and Endan is also able to be body flickered out of the difference between the 2 are that if u shoot kaze gai u can keep fight if u miss if u miss endan ur dead (also pretty sure kaze gais cd is lower and know for a fact the hand seals are) also again renk is on a lower cd and has alot less hand seals then that does which makes it ideal in its own way compared to it. i dont think its a fair to compare katons wide aoe katon with fuuton complete control over a fight there both devastating in there own way. renk also doesnt need to hit all it needs to do is hit a solid surface so that the explosion can also have a good effect on the fight. Small bug, When you start as a sound ninja, you can talk with village say while training in the dojo. But when you are a rain/leaf/rock ninja you can't communicate via the villagesay while in the dojo. My suggestion : I don't really know what's the point in that, Just make it so all the village ninjas can talk with village say while training in the dojo. When you ask the 'Dojo Owner' "Is there anyone else here?" He actually answers with Yes, Then informs you that you can ask also the villagers via Village Say. Regarding this bind..I recoded it a bit to try and make less things conflict with one another, but no guarantees it'll change anything, because this bind is coded funny anyways. KYOMOUS Bullet works. Particle clones dont produce fields. Clones disappear for everything, even field deletes the clones. Also spawn wrong as said in quote Blind actually works fine. Hmm could have sworn bullet does not work. But i'll re-test it for all the particle effects that I currently have. Also with Particle Clones it's not going to produce fields because it was a suggestion that Sasuna was thinking of implementing for particle clones.
