My question is, that if a jutsu no longer fails to use, does that mean the jutsu is mastered? For example. I am a genius, and i stop failing to use a jutsu really early. But does that also grant me the "extra effect" that comes with mastering a jutsu? For example, when you master or use exploding substitution 100 times, you are granted the ability to make the clone follow your mouse. So say if i never even touched Exploding substitution, and then I got genius trait and used it until it was "mastered/no longer failing" (about 5 times, because im a genius) Would it also be granted the ability to follow your mouse within those 5 uses? So basically im saying that I understand that Genius's basically never fail to use new jutsu, but do they also gain that extra effect quicker, like lower chakra drain on rock armor, exploding substitutions that follow your mouse, etc |

No, I don't think so. Genius makes it so you don't fail using the jutsu faster than other people, not necessarily that you get the mastered version quicker. That is what I think. It may not be completely true. |
