If I recall correctly, it makes it so you hit organs or something like that making the person bleed.

Umm, it increases the chance your senbon have to hit something vital. In your commands list, there should be something that lets your change the area you are aiming for. Like Hands, Body, Legs if I remember correctly. Hands are supposed to stop/disable handseals, don't remember what Body does, and Legs is supposed to make them walk.

It might not be working though.

It should be working, but i will go and test it out.

It only works to make them walk and only if its set to body not feet, ive tested it alot I got mine at 2/3 and every other senbon seems to make them walk but only if its set to body.
