It's okay if you don't know how to use Google, Knight. Don't be ashamed. Your ignorance of what Steam thinks of the PS3 is shameful, though.

@Zigo= Don't blame you, live is better.

@Kiruzon= I sold mine for higher than that at Gamestop.

Xbox sold more because people had to keep buying new ones after they broke ;)

Yeah that is kind of true, I ALMOST bought a new Xbox after mine wouldn't stop getting the red ring of death and my hard drive corrupted. Then I bought a PS3 because my live membership was out anyways. Back when 10k gamerscore used to be alot =(

IDK, I'd test it but I don't think the Xbox next to me even works. I just use it as like a place to put things on. . .It was cut off when it messed up my call of duty game.

I got a PS3 because that's what everyone I knew had, but they don't play it often enough. Then just like last week one of my friends sold hers for an xbox because of some kinect dance game. The people that do it play it semi-often are usually on Call of Duty. So basically I got it because it was a limited edition that came with Plus, games, music, third of the price, memory was more than twice as much and The Last Of Us is coming out, while also noticing the games I want for the next generation consoles so far will still be out for the PS3, so I can switch to gaming and keep this PS3 as a blue-ray player with Skyrim, Mass Effect, Last Of Us, Watch Dogs and whatever single players I end up keeping.

What Fox said is true. When I moved my xbox from my place to Gamestop, my disc tray broke and they took 30 dollars from me.

Mmm pretty sure microsoft fixed you're xbox 360 for free and gave you 3 months free too for the inconvenience. Red Ring of Death is a myth now, that honestly doesn't even happen often. I've never gotten Red Ring of Death on any of my xbox and there are 3 of them in my household and only mine is slim.

@Fallen; Yeah the disk tray does break easily if it's open. The game messing up thing happens on some Xboxs too but only if they're mistreated.

PS3 removed all of their flaws with that yellow light or something that happened idk. Anything bad that happens to the PS3 system wise 99% of the time can be stopped by Reformatting.

Red Ring of death happened like 4 times to one of my Xbox's. A lot of people didn't know, or didn't care to investigate the "Send it back and wait a long ass time method until you get a new one", 'Merica lazy.

But yeah, Red Ring happened all the time. Xbox's break a fuck ton. PS3 cost a lot when it came out, Xbox's broke a lot when they came out. Just the way it was.

I only have owned three 360's myself, because I bought an Arcade version, with a hard-drive so it wasn't that expensive to replace, and my brothers friend also had an Arcade version but he bought a PS3, and sold me his 360 super duper cheap. Wasn't really the console cost that added up, (Until I had to buy new cords because they kept getting ripped from the sockets). But the game cost, after a few rounds of disc troubles even when I layed the damn thing down I was done.

Don't even have to mistreat the thing for it to screw up the disc, it's like a fucking 16 year old white girl. Little baby push would mess something up. But these are just my experiences with it, and to be honest I dun give no fucks

I tried to send mine in and they either tried to send me the same Xbox back with different chords/casing or send me it back with the red ring of death not happening for like a week or 2 then it happened again. I wonder if I can still send mine in....

No, my disk tray wasn't open and I take care of everything I have. It was moved maybe once before I took it to the store. Never dropped it, it was always clean. Then just simply pack it up, move it to the store and he couldn't even get the disc tray to open.
