Tea style...that is all you can do. As we started a wipe, we have no kages. Rain has no village based fighting style -yet.- While the tea style works for everyone, the sound style works for sound, the leaf style works for leaf, and the uchiha style might be sound or uchiha exclusive. The point is, enless you plan on village hopping, Tea is the only place to get a fighting style for rainies...enless you want to wait for the next fighting style...whenever that will happen.

As for the details, Tea style has three Tai moves, Asshou, chou asshou, and one other. Asshou is capped at 500 damage, so expect to do less then that.. Chouasshou is capped at 1000, so also expect to do much less then that. No idea about the other move though. It also passively raises your punching damage.

The leaf style is basically based on lee, decent hitting fast combos and such from what I hear. They have moves which basically teleport you to your opponent if you have them targeted last I checked, no idea on a passive ability. I would not recomend this however, as the stamina drain is high for non phy users is what I heard and I have heard multiple accounts of people doing more stamina damage to themselfs using it, then damage they are doing to their opponent.

Sound style is versatile from what I heard and for now, has a spinning kick, another spinning kick variation if I hear right, and Quick feet which basically enhances you speed alot while being used.

Hope this helped though. I would appreciate a +rep if this helped you as it took me abit to type this out.

Lee moves no longer teleport.
Uchiha style is for anyone. Uchiha style does the most damage with kicks, the lowest with punches, and passively increases your attack speed almost as much as quick feet does. The skill is almost useless though.
The other Tea style jutsu is Shoushitzu. It has no damage cap, doesn't push back, and is a kick. It seems to not be as strong as Chou Asshou though, but like I said.. No damage cap, meaning it could do more. For you, it probably won't.

If you're asking if someone needs 40% phy to get a style withing taijutsu, they don't.

You can have 3% phy and get a tai style.
