Why does Gouken Style have a phys req and Asshou style not?

Of the two, Asshou style is the more physically dependant IMO, so can someone give me the explanation? (One by Kaio/Argon would be more appreciated than your own opinion on it, but still post if you have a good one.
Sorry)

Aside from that, what's the req for Gouken?
Numeric or percentile?

I just read that some people got it with 35% or so, which would be about 40-50 in numerical.
I know that I have more than that in phys, but still can't learn Lee style.

Lee style would be easily anoobable(new word i made, means ur being a noob on a move that should be abusing..but isnt) about 3 lee style moves instantly teleport you to your opponent. u have to use kagebuyou+ to make an almost instant hit with Asshou..lee style is pure speed. So instead of having three moves that would instantly teleport you to ur opponenet so u could attk them with some hack ass Capacity. So you wi ll probably have like 30% cap if you could learn lee style. And 30% cap=crap..:D

Before that's done, a new Fighting style would have to be added though, since the low-tai users really would have nothing left to get as a non-soundy.

I've suggested weapon styles and fighting styles.

So yeah...

Ryuuka being in his usually pissed state because no one ever listens to his ideas aside, Kenjutsu and Taijutsu styles are two completely different things, Rin.
You should be able to learn one of both, as soon as different Kenjutsu styles are added,
