Ok, I've been asking around, to find where the heck you get this move. No one seems to know.. <,< In the big list of Everything, it says in the leaf village. But the Leaf Village Raiton Teacher doesn't seem to want to teach it. Are we supposed to be part of the village or something? |

From what I know you have to have the required amount of knowledge and if he doesn't give it to you then you don't have enough. |

Doesn't it usually tell you "You need more _______ Knowledge." ? It was simply acting like the jutsu didn't exist.. |
