Inapplicable? What? Are you serious?

Okay, how about this then. "I am running a marathon" does not mean the same thing as "I have ran this marathon". You can come up with an infinite amount of analogies for this. You are not an atheist, you claiming that you are with the beliefs that you currently hold is a self contradiction.

A soon to be fully atheist does not mean you are an atheist. If I am soon to be fully butterfly as a caterpillar it does not mean I am a butterfly.

A soon to be fully Atheist.
That is closer to being an Atheist, than it is to being a pretender at Atheism.
That is why I see no reason to bash on Fable.
I am not bashing Fable, although I completely see the reason why other people might.

No matter what anyone seems to say, he just doesn't want to or cannot understand what they are saying. Bashing is just another method that they might be using to get to him.

"You will stay within your own narrow-mindedness until you realize that you are not always right (quite the opposite imo). I still have not seen Atheism explicitly defined as such, and therefore, I feel it is open to interpretation."

Do you still not understand your first sentence is hypocritical to your second. . . . . . ?
You're intentionally being ignorant.

Does this mean you agree, that by viewing Fable from a certain perspective, he is not being a pretender of Atheism but merely a soon-to-be Atheist?
You do not have to agree with this perspective, merely acknowledging that it exists is enough.

I don't see this as an issue of a perspective, to me, this entire conversation is one of wrong and right. Which, when applied to what something is and isn't is justified.

Fable is wrong, and is not an atheist if he currently believes that. There is no other perspective to look at him from.

Before I say what I will say, I have a question for you, Fox.

What if a "Christian" believes that there is a God, but acknowledges that there may not be?

Then that person't isn't a "Christian". They may be of some other sect similar to Christianity but they are not a "Christian"

I just told you that from what I've seen/heard, that that is not what Atheism is. What I've seen. I'm staying within the confines of what I know as fact. I realize that there is the possibility of you being right, me being wrong, and me being an idiot (in this case); I also realize that there is a possibility of me being right, you being wrong, and you being an idiot. I'm going off of the evidence, Fallen. If you have more, please, present it to the jury.

That is a possible route. Just like him becoming an Atheist who has done his Leap of Faith is also a possible route. It is all possible, I am trying to come up with a way to explain why him not taking this leap of faith is not a bad thing but Kiruzon's awesome picture is distracting me.

But I just gave you Descartes perspective... you can say Descartes is wrong all you like, but that is a matter of opinion.

I'm never sure if I'm right. That's where this entire "discussion," if that's what you'll call it, stemmed from.

That isn't a matter of opinion, there cannot be an opinion in what I have said, because it simply isn't true.

Just because you are "almost something" doesn't mean you are that something.

I am almost level 60. = I am not level 60 yet.
I almost ate that chicken = I didn't eat that chicken.

etc. etc.
