Ok, so some elemental jutsus need 10 cap to learn Now my questions are... What determines dmg for these elemental jutsu? Is it Cap? Elemental mastery? Elemental Knowledge? Is Boulder based off physical stat? If so, what other elemental jutsu are physical based? Thanks for your time Edit: Are there also any elemental jutsu that deal static dmg regardless of build as well? Edited by Freedoom316, Sep 21 2016, 12:54 PM.

Almost every elemental jutsu's damage is based on cap and elemental mastery - some of those jutsus are static in damage like Giant Water Shark and Chidori. Boulder is the only one based on physique - everything else is capacity+elemental mastery or static. |
