Lucas and Mitsuko would land with a splash; right over the middle of a flowing river. The current might start to rip them slowly away from each other if they aren’t careful, so they’d better get out fast. On either side, there are rows of tame grass for them to sprawl out on, that eventually break out into the forest. Alternatively, they can fail and crash into a few rocks that would keep them from going off a cliff, unless they slipped through the cracks.

A cliff?

Lucas' Aeon was useless. Mitsuko's Aeon would light up when they were out of the water, striking an arrow that pointed them east-north-east.

SPLASH!

Lucas wouldn't have had time to grab anything even if there was something to hold onto to get him out of the water. The darkness spat him and apparently his partner out only inches from the waves, dropping them directly inward. Panic would do its best to set in, but he would combat against it so it couldn't take over his mind. He looked over, emerald eyes coming into contact with the partner Kudo had given him. What was her name again? Dammit. He couldn't remember. Nevertheless, one of them needed to do something. He reached over as best he could, grabbing onto her arm and trying to force her over to him. At least he needed to make sure his grip would be alright, but it was difficult with all the splashing and thrashing around they had to do in the water.

They had been transported right next to each other, so his reflexes would have meant he could grab at the very least, her wrist. "Hold on!" He shouted over the lapping water. Did he notice the impending fall? Only for a moment. After taking in a deep breath, he shouted towards the bottom of the river. The force of his ability kicked up all the water until it hit the bed of the river, and they were projected further towards the bank.

Suddenly being thrown into darkness, Mitsuko was on edge, and when the darkness was replaced by water. Cold Water. Cold river water. She edge vanished and was replaced by a burning hot rage. If there was one thing that could have pissed her off more was being thrown into water without being warned. Or at least without letting her dress accordingly! Her undergarments were not cheap! And there was no way this was clean water. The rage continued to build until she was vaguely aware that someone had grabbed her and was pulling her towards what looked to be a riverbank.

Hold on! -- She heard over the sound of water in her ear, another thing that just added to the rage. She twisted her hand and gripped the ... Boy? ... Very pretty boy... A bit of water entered her mouth. NOPE. "YOU STUPID GLASSES WEARING BITCH! WHEN I FUCKING GET MY HANDS ON YOU! I'M GONNA PUNCH YOU SO HARD YOUR ANCESTORS WILL FEEL IT!" Mitsuko instantly kicked her legs with increased speed and strength. She had the power in her to swim up a waterfall if she so wished.

She outswam the boy to the bank and dragged him out of the water behind her. She didn't care to be graceful at this point, she let go of him once she was sure he wouldn't slip away. "Oh bitch, you better believe I'm charging you for this. If my hair has any sort of damage from that weird ass teleport bullshit, I'm gonna hunt you down and gut you like a fish." Mitsuko vowed while looking up as if there was a camera there... She hoped there was. Oooh She hoped.

Mitsuko wrung out her hair and looked around, nothing of actual note, aside from the pretty boy.... Alright this could be worse. She could have been stuck with someone less fun to look at.

"Uhh.. Sorry about that... Have we met~?" Her tone changing instantly.

She might have been able to outswim him, but the sheer force behind his voice was enough to propel him at the bank, though she had grabbed onto him and taken him that last little way. That had worked better than Lucas had expected. Finally at the bank, Lucas pulled himself up into a standing position off the water. A hand dug into his midnight blue locks, shaking them a little to get the water away. His jacket was heavy; too heavy to be useful. If he needed to get another one than he would later.

"Uhh.. Sorry about that... Have we met~?"

The change in her tone brought the boy's shining emerald eyes to her. As he looked, he couldn't help but notice in the moment that her uniform was clinging to her form. Lucas turned his gaze away, pulling his jacket from his form. By now, the white shirt underneath would have gone slightly see-through for both of them. The material of which clung to almost every built up muscle on his body. A hand ran through his hair to push it out of his face. He heard her Aeon chime in, and it caused him to look back to her again. "I'm Lucas." He introduced, quickly rolling his sleeves up to his elbows. "It's nice to meet you, under the circumstances." He laughed slightly. The whole situation was completely ridiculous.

'I'm Lucas... It's nice to meet you, under the circumstances'

Mitsuko noticed that he turned his gaze after looking at her, she hadn't fully connected the dots until looking down and noticed that the water had left all her clothes pressed firmly against her body revealing her bountiful curves. Her lips turned upwards in a small grin. She hadn't been expecting such an adorable reaction. She had two choices here, act like it bothered her or act like it didn't. Pretending like it did bother her that he saw would be pretty fun in the long run. Although her cover for being soft was already pretty blown considering how she was yelling a minute ago. In fact she really didn't care so... might as well go with it. She then heard her Aeon chime actually having forgotten she had it.

"I'm Mitsuko, and here" She tossed the Aeon near where he was. She turned her back and peeled off the blazer she was wearing, along with her shirt and skirt leaving her clad in her black panties and bra. Now she was rather grateful she hadn't known about the water, this was going to be a good chance to get some fun. She grabbed each article of clothing and twisted out most of the water before putting it back on.

She made sure to put on her skirt first, very slowly. She had her back turned to him but figured he'd have looked at least once so far. Mitsuko turned to him before putting on her shirt and asked "So why was it beeping? I never actually pay attention to that thing" She put on the still damp blouse leaving the buttons undone and slipping back into the blazer. She wasn't cold but being wet would change that soon... Maybe she should suggest sharing body heat. Another half smile peeked its way out.

'Oh yummy~' Finally noticing the boy, She found herself ogling Lucas, he was extremely cut 'Okay, maybe I won't gut you like a fish. But I'll at least make sure to punch you' her thoughts directed at the teacher.

"I'm Mitsuko, and here"

"Thanks." Lucas replied, catching then phone and watching the arrow dart around by the movement. It settled on one direction; east-north-east. Obviously they needed to go that way to get out of the place. He had spun on his heel to follow it to look out, over the edge of the nearby cliff. But he could really see nothing but thick forestry and a river. "Do you think we should follow the ri-" He began, turning over his shoulder to see her putting her clothes back on. Was she serious? Lucas was as nice as they would be, but it wasn't as though it was the first half naked girl he'd seen. And especially not at the school.

Did he look? Of course he did. It was right there, so...

"So why was it beeping? I never actually pay attention to that thing."

He smiled in her direction, laughing at her words. "You probably should." Lucas said, motioning to the Aeon, "It's pointing that way. We should probably follow it. But..." He said, directing her to the notion that there was a cliff drop right in front of them. Lucas took a few steps along the grass to the edge so he could peer over. "It's a bit of a fall back into the river. That or we'd have to walk all the way hoping the cliff will get smaller. What do you think?" He asked, looking over to her and making sure his eyes would keep their gaze on hers.

Mitsuko looked over the edge of the cliff, and felt a shiver run up her entire body. This was the a weird class. Were they here to survive against hypothermia or something else? Finding the exit felt a little too easy.

"Well, I'd rather not go cliff diving right now. So lets try walking around for now...." She noticed that any time she faced him he held eye contact. Was this guy for real? She giggled. Her hair was still slightly damp so she took out a hair tie and wrapped her hair up in a loose bun. She also buttoned up most of her shirt so that the boy could sort of focus, leaving a few of the buttons open to at least give him a peek if she bent over slightly.

"I'm not very outdoorsy, but you seem to have a slight idea. So lead the way." Her tone of voice a mix of apathy and irritation, this really wasn't what she had imagined for survival studies. This school had a way of turning anything around on her. Hopefully one of her classes would at least be sort of normal... but she had this feeling that was a long shot.

"Well, I'd rather not go cliff diving right now. So lets try walking around for now...."

Lucas looked around; they'd ended up on the wrong side of the river by what the Aeon said. It was pointing across the way. He gave a defeated sigh, moving along the edge of the cliff and away from the apparent exit.

"I'm not very outdoorsy, but you seem to have a slight idea. So lead the way."

"I'm not either. I've never been in a situation like this before." Lucas said idly, assuming it was just common sense to follow the arrow provided. After stopping for a moment, he looked around, wondering if they might hear or even see anyone else. But there was no movement to speak of, and so he pushed off again. "We can fumble our way through this class together. At least we aren't alone." He added. Looking over the edge of the cliff, the more the walked away, the more the river would disappear behind the trees below. At least if they stuck to the cliff's edge, they would avoid being right in the middle of the forest.

Walking along the cliff, even as close as they were, was a dangerous thing to do. Mitsuko would have been right in her worry, for a wrong step would cause them to falter. The next step the boy takes is on ridiculously unsteady ground, and without warning it gives in beneath him on a sharp incline. He is sent tumbling down the cliff side. After a sheer second, the ground beneath Mitsuko will crumble and she would go with him. She could try to run up the incline, but the dirt would fall beneath her feet and she would have nothing stable to hold onto.

They slide back to the edge of the river. But at least they’re off the cliff.

Mitsukos reflexes kicked in before she had a full grasp of the situation her panic, she looked down and noticed the quickly approaching base of the cliff, the collision with the ground might not cause damage, but the debris behind her might do something. She adjusted as best as possible so that she would face forward, pushing all her strength to her legs she took a deep breath and kicked off as hard as she could.

The force sent her just far enough ahead of the collapse and into the base of the water fall, once again Mitsuko was dunked in water. And this time she was sure she would come out dirty, the soil mixed with the water was gonna leave its mark on her hair and clothes. Yup. The teacher was gonna die. She surfaced still in panic mode and swam towards the side where the slide happened and called out "Lucas!" She didn't see what had happened to the boy.

'Survival my ass, this shit is out to kill us'

A little way away from the base of the waterfall, the water seems to move in its own way. On closer inspection, the water seems to part to a slender shadowy figure beneath the surface. It slices through the current and heads towards them.

The sudden fall had taken Lucas by surprise so he'd had no time to react. Mitsuko had softened her own blow by going back into the water, but Lucas had not thought of such a thing. He landed in the grass and rolled away, the debris crumbling and hitting the ground where he was had he not moved with the motion of the fall. After a few moments, he pushed down on the ground and held himself up, climbing to his feet. The fall had caused several new rips in the thin material of the school shirt. He was going to need a new one during lunch period now.

"Lucas!"

"Mitsuko!" He called back, not knowing where she was either. But following the trail of her voice, he turned to find her back in the water nearby. Lucas ran over, but his eye was caught out to further down the river. The current was being cut down the middle; it made him think of some kind of water snake, but the track seemed too big for that. It made it even more worrying. "Let's get you out of there!" He said to her, kneeling down and touching his hand to the ground. The effervescent golden light shone through his skin, down his arm and into the ground. Then it was gone. A few moments later, a giant hand made of dry rocks and dirt would shoot out from underneath the river and hold her up, gently lowering her down on the other side of the river.

The water still separated them, but it was easy for Lucas to step up onto the hand he'd created and step over to see her again. Lucas rested a hand on her shoulder, still breathing a little heavy after the whole incident that just happened. "Are you alright?" He asked, the concern clear in his voice. And from beneath the water, the rocky hand disappeared. But in the next moment, a golem made completely of dirt and rock pulled itself out of the water and moved towards them. It stood about fifteen feet high behind the blue haired boy who seemed completely unphased by it. Why? It was his creation.

Mitsuko was slightly taken aback by the giant golem that when she stood up she stumbled and landed in the arms of the boy. She buried her face in his chest. Unsure of the action herself she lingered for a bit before pulling away and punching him in the chest where her face had been. "You asshole, you couldn't have used Tiny over there BEFORE we fell." She finished the sentence with a grunting noise and was once again miffed by the fact she was now, wet and yes very dirty.

She sighed, no point in drying herself off this time. There was a high chance she would end up even worse off. She looked around and noticed a shadow in the water. 'Oh hell yes, give me something to beat the shit out of, please let it be that stupid teacher' Mitsuko knew better though she looked at Lucas "Do you still have that aeon?, because I get he feeling we'll either need it. Or have something coming after us soon enough." a tone of urgency in her voice.

This was turning out just to be one of those days. She would definitely need something to unwind.. maybe a trip to the mall... her thoughts amused her. Not even really sure if she'll make it out alive and she was planning a shopping spree.

It was clear that she had worried for his safety, the say she seemed to fall into into his arms. And for the moment Lucas would allow it, holding her closely even as she lingered. Then she was gone, and had replaced her warmth with a strict hit to the chest. Which he allowed her to do again.

"You asshole, you couldn't have used Tiny over there BEFORE we fell."

He shrugged, unsure as to whether or not his animated creations could have saved them from such a sudden fall. Still, he couldn't help but understand that the drop had been his fault. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have walked so close to the cliff." Lucas offered as he looked towards the cliff above. It had been a pretty bad fall, but at least they were both able to get away from it without any massive injuries. He had a few grazes to his skin; one on his forearm and another along his chest. The one on his chest had started to bleed into the fabric of his shirt. Underneath the still-wet shirt he wore, she catch a look to the extensive scar on his abdomen. It was round, but looked as though it had torn into the skin on every side. A scar like that would indicate a burning blow that should have killed him.

"Do you still have that aeon?, because I get he feeling we'll either need it. Or have something coming after us soon enough."

Lucas retrieved the device from his pocket. It still showed the light of the arrow for them to follow. He held it out to her so that she might see; it was a good thing at least that they were on this side of the river. "The sooner we get to the exit, the sooner we can get out of here. Unless you feel like fighting something." He said, pointing back into the water to the shadowed figure underneath the surface.

Mitsuko's eyes twitched at the thought of fighting some sort of swamp thing, probably getting her even more filthy. She shook her head no in answer to the boys question. "Could this thing carry us the rest of the way? Or would it better serve as cover from whatever is coming?... Either way lets move" She was urging him in the direction the aeon was pointing. There was no gauge on how far they would have to travel. She could probably run it alone, but this boy was nice enough to pull her out of the water with his... thing... so she might as well show some kindness in return.

If that thing caught up she could fight it, however with this .... thing that they were on it would either provide some cover for an escape or a helluva good ride for the rest of the way out. The panic from the earlier events had all but vaporized now being replaced with excitement, she wanted to know what was after them, what would happen at the end of class. Did anyone get seriously hurt

And lastly, how to get into this boys pants. But she'd save that one for much later. When she wasn't so... Blah.

Lucas nodded for a moment before pushing off to follow the directions given. He had to wonder if everyone else was having an equally difficult time with the class, or if they were just lucky. He had to assume that everyone else had been paired off, and that they were paired with people they don't normally spend time with on purpose as well. He had to wonder where Zxaine was for the moment, and if she was alright. He hoped she would not find difficulty in the forest.

"He could carry you if you liked. If you're tired, I mean." Lucas joked, nudging her shoulder with his own as a bright smile appeared on his face under the sun as the walked. It was good to at least try to find the fun in it all.

The further they walk in their direction, the more they get away from the shadow in the water. They had luckily escaped a stealthily difficult fight. The walk through the greenery it starts to get more sparse. To the east they would see that they've have stumbled across a lake that was more than likely joined to the river they'd fallen into. Across the blue, they could catch a glimpse of four other students. But straight ahead in their direction, they would actually see the the forest thinning to nothing.

At the sight of this, the Aeon buzzed almost joyously.

There was the exit.

The rest of their walk is strangely smooth. As they reach the clearing, the Aeon starts to buzz almost uncontrollably. The duo would disappear and reappear in the classroom.
