She could feel the heat radiating from her shoulder, the blood was mostly stopped by now though. That was a relief, still... she'd lost a lot, her head felt light and she swayed on her feet. She leaned on the wall with her good shoulder, head hanging as she closed her eyes. She just needed to rest for a moment. Damion pressed against her leg, trying to urge her on.

"I just need a moment Damion. Just one moment..." the girl slumped against the wall, slowly dropping to the floor. She rubbed her forehead with her clean hand and tried to clear her thoughts. She was almost to the nurse's office. If she got there, she would be okay. Slowly she returned to her feet, wobbling once before continuing towards the nurse's office. Hanabishi would help her... she knew she would. Fingers reached towards the door, pushing it open slowly. "Ms.... Hanabishi.... are you in...?" Damion ran in ahead of Zxaine. The girl leaned on the door as the cat searched for the nurse.

"Ms.... Hanabishi.... are you in...?"

Of course she was! Aoi Hanabishi may as well live in the clinic with the amount of hours she works there, ordering supplies, updating student health files, memorandums, all things to keep the clinic running smoothly for any sort of emergency. When her blue-violet eyes looks down to see a cat with a general air of distress, she delighted that she had everything in line for one of these kind of emergencies.

"Oh, neko," She lapsed into her home language. "Trouble?"

A flicker of her eyes to the entrance doors, seeing a recognizable student resting against the frame, and a noticeable injury. Official nursing senses took over, quickly walking over towards the girl.

"Fisher-san. Can you walk with me, dear?" She asked and turned quickly to the aide behind the desk. "Nana, retrieve the instrument cart and prepare a bed, stat"

"Right!"

"Oh, neko, Trouble?"

The cat looked at the teacher and yowled as loud as his little body could, looking over at Zxaine as Aoi did. The cat scurried over to his mistress and rubbed against her leg softly, mewling as he did.

"Fisher-san. Can you walk with me, dear?"

Her head lifted enough to look at the nurse and she nodded slowly. Her bubbly personally absent for the time being. She pushed herself straight, doing her best not to wobble or fall in front of the nurse and took a few steps to follow her. She heard little else of what had been said, she just wanted to sit down... she was so tired.

"Can I sit please?" the girl finally asked, looking ready to drop where she stood if she didn't get off her feet soon.

Aoi helped lead the poor girl to a bed that had been prepared for her, the assistant named Nana scurrying over with the instrument cart as instructed. She would look down to the cat with a calm, reassuring smile.

"Worry not, Neko. She's in good hands." A little scritch behind the ear for the cat before slipping on latex gloves. Hanabishi would shine a light from the ophthalmoscope into her eyes. The girl was still conscious so far, but she had to work fast before the situation would change. The wound itself from the looks of it was too serious to clean it with ordinary antiseptic. Aoi puts the instrument away and makes a small gesture with her hand to Nana, who would pull a privacy curtain around just in case.

"Show me your shoulder dear." A pitiful shake of her head. Her clothes were quite bloodied. She would offer her assistance if Zxaine was not able to do it herself.

"Goodness sweetie..." She mused, conjuring a green light in her hands. "You should have come to see me sooner, this is really serious. You could have fallen seriously ill."

"Worry not, Neko. She's in good hands."

Damion mewled at Aoi and hopped on the bed, licking his mistress' hand Zxaine looked down at the feline with a weak smile. Her clean hand pulled her hair over her good shoulder.

"Show me your shoulder dear."

She nodded and sighed, unbuttoning the previously white shirt. As it slid off to leave the girl in her ruined bra and skirt she looked down. Ashamed. She should have had this fixed previously. Infection was deep into the wound, turning the once healthy flesh a vicious red. She looked away from the nurse, she had wanted to take care of all this herself... never let anyone know.

"Goodness sweetie... You should have come to see me sooner, this is really serious. You could have fallen seriously ill."

"I'm sorry... I didn't want to worry anyone. I thought I could take care of it." the girl looked ready to cry, even as weak as she was the emotion pushed through the pain she was in. "I was wrong. It got all infected ... and I couldn't stop it from bleeding."

"I'm sorry... I didn't want to worry anyone. I thought I could take care of it."

Aoi gave the girl a sympathetic smile. The behavior to avoid worry for others was shared trait among a small amount of students at the school, so it wasn't unusual. It only made it more difficult if the student fell ill, or an already healing wound ruptures. Luckily for Zxaine, Hanabishi was among the best meta healers known. While she conjured the green light, Nana would come by and clean as much blood as possible without touching the wound; that would be the head nurse's job to deal with the infection.

"I was wrong. It got all infected ... and I couldn't stop it from bleeding."

"Don't cry, dear. I'll take care of it. All you have to do is relax, okay?"

Aoi would hover her hands over the wound site. The green light drips into the wound like liquid, incurring the pulses of both antiseptic stinging, but then smoothed over by a coolness that would fill and begin to break down the infection little by little. Given the seriousness of the would, it would pulse between the two - the infection could try but would not be able to fight against her light.

"Talk to me dear." Aoi urged gently, if just to keep the girl's mind off any pain she would feel. "Were you practicing again?"

Her brows pulled together, feeling absolutely terrible. She had thought she was capable of letting it heal on its own.... once again she was wrong.

"Don't cry, dear. I'll take care of it. All you have to do is relax, okay?"

She sniffled and nodded. She kept messing up. Nothing was going right... ever since... The girl sighed and tried to push it from her mind, there was no use in feeling bad for herself. Still, she felt absolutely terrible about everything that had gone on recently, even as much as she tried to do her best it wasn't enough.

"Talk to me dear. Were you practicing again?"

She sighed softly.

"No, this was.... I disobeyed my father." she said quietly. She knew how that sounded, as far as the school knew, he was dead. "He wanted me to do something I just couldn't do. He's become a very unkind person." Her voice was whispering towards the end, trying to distract herself from the sting of the nurse's healing with the anger at her father.

"No, this was.... I disobeyed my father."

Yes, that did gain the nurse's attention briefly. What she read of her file, it was strange to hear it from the child. However, Hanabishi didn't push the issue further. That was not her prerogative here, the other faculty would certainly know more than she of the situation.

"He wanted me to do something I just couldn't do. He's become a very unkind person."

"I'm sorry to hear that, dear. I assume he wasn't always?" The head nurse asked, against better judgement. If anything, it helped Zxaine take her mind off the pain, keeping her from further reaching the point of tears. The cooling and stinging cycle subsides and no longer would the wound itself hurt.

"You used better judgement in such a situation. It's very commendable. Oh, don't move your arm yet, dear." She cautioned while she conjured up another light for the treatment. A violet light enveloped the woman's hands, growing in intensity to match the wound. Her sympathetic gaze shifts to Zxaine, almost apologetic.

"I will try to heal it over as best as I can, but it might leave some scarring due to the nature of the infection."

"I'm sorry to hear that, dear. I assume he wasn't always?"

"No... the father I remember was different. He was brash, yes. But he wasn't cruel. I guess that was all a lie. A terrible lie." Her brows pulled together in anger, he had used her mother, tried to use her. She didn't doubt that he would try again. She had to stay strong... for everyone's sake.

"You used better judgement in such a situation. It's very commendable. Oh, don't move your arm yet, dear."

She hadn't even noticed that she was clenching her right arm till Aoi mentioned it. She instantly relaxed it again, smiling to Nana appreciatively now that she didn't look like part of the final scene of Carrie.

"Sorry, I didn't realize I was doing that." The girl hooked her ankles, staring down at her sandals with a forlorn gaze. How did everything start going so wrong? First Stella comes back... then Lucas decides he needs time out of the relationship... now all this. She really wasn't catching a single break.

"I will try to heal it over as best as I can, but it might leave some scarring due to the nature of the infection."

"I understand. I should have come sooner. It'll be okay." She smiled to the nurse, a bit of scaring was better then bleeding every time she flexed or moved wrong. "Would you ... be able to look at Damion after? I'm sure his is okay, but I want to make sure that I did a good job." she looked at Damion, who meowed. A closer inspection would show that his right shoulder was also sliced open, though his was far deeper. A neat line of stitches held the wound tightly closed so it could heal.

A bit of relief washed over Hanabishi's face. Some would be adverse to the scarring, but the young lady seemed to understand where she erred. She really wished she could spare the girl of an unfortunate scar, but how else will the young ones learn?

"Would you ... be able to look at Damion after? I'm sure his is okay, but I want to make sure that I did a good job."

Aoi's eyes turned to the cat now. An overlook look at the wound, it was a definite slice that had tried to heal. The sight formed some very unfortunate implications in the head nurse's mind. Sliced...some father, honestly! The cat too? Poor things.

"I can very well do that." The nurse said warmly, hovering her hands over Zxaine's wound for a moment. The light would seem to transfer from her hands and clings onto the wound, a cyclical warm-and-cool sensation swirling in the wound. "This one won't be as painful as the last. Just keep your arm relaxed while the light works. It'll fade and I will apply one more - it should be fine."

In the meantime, she will look at the cat, conjuring up another violet light in her hands.

"If you want, I can use a calming light on you if you want to rest a little after it heals up. You seem like you have had to deal with a long series of bad breaks, dear." The most she could do for Zxaine was at least offer.

She smiled to Ms Hanabishi with respect for the older woman clear in her eyes, she didn't know what she would have done if the nurse wasn't here... maybe bled to death? Who knows. Damion hopped up on the bed and winced as he did. the shoulder was healing but still, his own wound was to the bone and so took longer to heal then even hers would have.

"Thank you."

"If you want, I can use a calming light on you if you want to rest a little after it heals up. You seem like you have had to deal with a long series of bad breaks, dear."

She seemed to realize how very drained she was and nodded her head in response. Rest would be very much appreciated at this point. She wasn't even sure standing until she'd gotten rest would be possible, she'd lost a lot of blood.

"A nap would be wonderful... after that I'll go get some food at the cafeteria to get strength back. Thank you again. I don't know what I would have done if you weren't around." She looked at Aoi, a soft smile marking her expression as appreciation.

There were never need for thanks, Hanabishi was a lady that did her job with all of her might and love, dedicated to helping out the student body to the fullest extent of her heart and soul. As promised, she let the violet light work on the young lady's injury while she took a lot at the cat. The nature of the cat's injury required a different light. A bright blue light conjuring in her hands and hovering them over its shoulder. The blue light would do the same as violet, coming to its own life and transferring, clinging to the wound.

"A nap would be wonderful... after that I'll go get some food at the cafeteria to get strength back. Thank you again. I don't know what I would have done if you weren't around."

"I do what I must for the health of the students, dear." She responds with a cheerful smile, noting that the violet light had faded from Zxaine's shoulder. While it looked much better than it had when she came in, a second dose of the violet light would be charged and applied to the girl's shoulder to heal the wound completely. She manifests one more light in her hands, a softly glowing teal-colored light.

"This almost works like anesthesia or sedative, but it's far less risky. I'm going to put this light to your temples and and you will slip into a sleep for a little while. When you wake up, your cat will be good as new, all right?"

And with that, Aoi pressed her fingers to Zxaine's temples as she had instructed. The light would feel warm and soothing, maybe she would even recall a scent that personally calmed her. "Don't worry, you will sleep just enough and wake on your own."

She nodded and looked at Damion.

"Do anything she asks you to do." She said and the cat nodded, looking at Aoi.

"Don't worry, you will sleep just enough and wake on your own."

As the soothing light permeated her temples she felt her eyes growing heavy. She moved to lay on the bed, her left arm curling under her head as her eyes slipped shut and she fell asleep.
