The boxes had been moved into the room, unpack and final disposed of down the garbage chute. There were a few posters of local bands, from Issac's old home town, on the walls. Some bookcases filled with books and a sound system in the corner currently playing the one of before mentioned bands. The room's new resident had just finished off setting up his desk to his preference. With that done he turn to look at his new home. It was the second he's had in the same number of years. This one felt empty. The base where he had spent most of his life had almost always been busy no matter the time of day. His home at the Stillmen's House had been lively in it own right but this...this was just him. Sure there were a lot of other people living in the building but they where separate. He moved to the door and looked out hoping find someone or thing that might chase away these feelings of loneliness. |

Karisuta was humming as she walked down the hall, her tail flicking from side to side behind her and her pajamas, namely a pair of butt shorts and a tank top, left little to the imagination on the curvatious female wolf. Her ears twitched as she moved, bare feet thudding quietly on the floor, when the sound of music playing stopped her. She paused and looked around, green eyes swirling slowly in a mint and emerald dance. She trotted over to the door and peeked in, her expression open and curious. "Hello new person!" She giggled in a soft soprano voice, her ears twisting forward and her tail flicking in excitement. It was some time since a new person was so readily available for the girl to interact with. "I'm Karisuta Takahashi, I live down the hall." she giggled and pointed at the only single dorm on the floor. "Nice to see another new person." |

Issac eyes were drawn to the girl walking that was walking down the hall way and not just because of the curves that her clothes barely covered. It was the girls wolfish ears and tail that kept his attention. 'Well Dr.Stillman did say this school was for "Special" people. I guess this is what he meant.' He thought to himself. "Hello new person! I'm Karisuta Takahashi, I live down the hall." Smiling, Issac leaned to look past the girl to see the room that she pointed before looking back to the girl. "It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Takahashi." He paused for a momment to offer one of his bandaged hands to be shaken, "I'm Issac Stillman and, as you've probably all ready guessed, this is my room." "Nice to see another new person." "And I'm glad to find someone that doesn't mind talking to the new guy" |

"It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Takahashi." "Kari is fine. Miss Takahashi makes me feel old." Karisuta inclined her head at the formalities in a polite manner. A smile lifted the corner of her lips, he was polite, even to her kind. That was a plus in her eyes. "I'm Issac Stillman and, as you've probably all ready guessed, this is my room." "It's very nice to meet you Isaac." The girl tipped her head up and scented the room, her dainty nose twitching slightly as she did. "Yes, I can tell it's yours.... it smells like you..." She paused and sniffed again. "And your hair dye... I take it brown isn't your natural color?" She giggled, her short, silver and sky blue hair falling across one of her constantly swirling eyes. "And I'm glad to find someone that doesn't mind talking to the new guy" "Yes well, I'm fairly new myself. And I'm here to learn about humans and how they're not so different from my own people. I try to meet as many people as I can." |

"Kari is fine. Miss Takahashi makes me feel old." "Sorry about that, It's an old habit left over from living on base. That aside, Kari it is then." Issac said as he leaned back against the door frame. He liked this girl, she didn't seem to take herself to seriously and didn't seem to care about him being different. "It's very nice to meet you Isaac. Yes, I can tell it's yours.... it smells like you...And your hair dye... I take it brown isn't your natural color?" He blinked a couple of times before a slightly embarrassed smile crept over his face. "To think all of my careful work has been seen through by a nose." He joked with a chuckle in his voice and twinkle in his eye. "No, no it's not. My hair is naturally navy blue. I dyed it because I've found it makes other people uneasy." He finished with a shrug. "Yes well, I'm fairly new myself. And I'm here to learn about humans and how they're not so different from my own people. I try to meet as many people as I can." "I hear you, I don't know how long I'm going be here so I want to as many people as well, and experience as many different things too." He turned his head away from Kari as he finished to try and hide the fells that welled up in him. After short pause to get his emotions under control he looked back to Kari and ask, "Would you like something to drink? I think I've got some water chilling in my mini-fridge." |

"Sorry about that, It's an old habit left over from living on base. That aside, Kari it is then." "No worries. People still look at me funny when the word Alpha or Beta slips." The girl let out a bell like laugh, the tone was light and completely not what would be expected from the curvy, powerful looking female. "To think all of my careful work has been seen through by a nose. No, no it's not. My hair is naturally navy blue. I dyed it because I've found it makes other people uneasy." The embarrassment on his face was amusing and the girl smiled warmly, locks of silver-white and sky hued hair dropping across a mint and emerald eye. The two colors in her eyes swirled independantly yet the two shades never mixed to form something in between the tones. Always they were separate yet coiling around each other in an intricate dance. "And you think silver is natural? I dyed the blue in. Also, if your blue hair freaked someone out then they would die if they saw me. I'm not exactly 'human' looking ... you know?" she brushed her short locks from her face and smirked. "And you'd be hard pressed to trick a wolf's nose. We do have superior sniffers." she tapped her dainty nose with one clawed finger, winking at him as she did. "I hear you, I don't know how long I'm going be here so I want to as many people as well, and experience as many different things too." She tipped her ears, one forward one to the side, her face alight with curiousity. "You don't intend to stay till graduation?" Her question was light, as her nose was busy again, sniffing as his emotions raged, nothing she could openly place stood out to her so she merely let her nose rest. "Would you like something to drink? I think I've got some water chilling in my mini-fridge." "Water would be lovely. Thank you very much." She smiled again and inclined her head politely. |

The elevator doors open to the fourth floor and out steps a tawny haired girl with a pair of small white wings. She appeared dressed for a sort of occasion; a demure and slimming dress of white and pale rose. Her small wings appeared to be static until they flickered in momentary movement and pair of pale rose pins clung to locks of her tawny hair. Looped on her arm was a heart-shaped purse that coordinated with her dress and a book she had just picked up from the library. The girl had started reading it on the way up, closing it upon her exit. It was rare for Amber to be on the fourth floor. She had two friends that lived on the fourth floor, but otherwise she found it to be too lively for her to stroll down regularly. She could hear thumps overhead at any given time, even if it was late into the night bordering on morning. The girl was actually off to meet with Lucas today, mostly to check up on him and conversing over tea she brewed. Down the hall and lost in her thoughts, she was drawn by voices, one she knew more than the other. Her curiosity got the better of her and approached the room in question. The flicker of a silver fox’s tail, she would know it anywhere. “Hi-hi Karisuta.” She greets with a smile, even one for the person she had not the pleasure of meeting. The winged girl is polite, with a voice that was gentle and often inclined to quiet or trail off in ease. |

"No worries. People still look at me funny when the word Alpha or Beta slips." Issac simply nodded in agreement to this. He still remembered what his first few months in a normal school were like. "And you think silver is natural? I dyed the blue in. Also, if your blue hair freaked someone out then they would die if they saw me. I'm not exactly 'human' looking ... you know?" With a shrug Issac said, "Even still, you seem to be doing a good job of it. From what I can see, anyways. As to my hair. Well, it just seemed easier this way, After the... problems I had at the first school I went to, Dr. Stillman suggested some changes to my appearance would help me fit in." He point to his hair, eyes and his bandaged arms to show what had changed. "And you'd be hard pressed to trick a wolf's nose. We do have superior sniffers." "I'll keep that in mind." He laughed. "You don't intend to stay till graduation?" All amusement seemed to vanish from his face as he replied softly, "Let's just say my future isn't my own and leave at, please." "Water would be lovely. Thank you very much." His smile returned with this, chasing away the gloom of before. As he was stepping aside so Kari could enter his room he notice another girl walking toward them. This one seemed more formal with her dress and all. Her wings seemed added to this affect. He returned her smile as she paused to greeted Kari. |
