Ok, so I thought in this thread, I'd write in what titles we have so far. On the CMT Top 20 Countdown (in 2006), Lee Ann said "Hide and Go Cheat" was the name of one of them. We know of "Take Me Back To Texas" (from her Fan Club Party and past concerts) and about a classic cover song written by the late, and great Cindy Walker that will be there too ("You Don't Know Me"). We recently read about "Down And Out" from Randy Rogers being added too. And of course, "Finding My Way Back Home"... Now, from my source, it looks like songs called, "I Won't Love You Either Way", "Slow Boat To China" (which is co-written by "I May Hate Myself In the Morning" writer, Odie Blackmon), and "Story of My Life", may be on there. So right now, we may have (it may change b/c of changes made over the past three years): Up-date 9/2/08 (these will be the songlist): 1. Last Call 2. Either Way 3. Solitary Thinkin' 4. New Again 5. I Found It In You 6. Have You Seen That Girl? 7. The Bees (with Keith Urban) 8. I Think I Know 9. If These Walls Could Talk 10. Everything But Quits (duet with George Strait) 11. The King of Broken Hearts (cover/remake of Strait/Jones song) 12. The Story of My Life so 9 out of what I listed. Some song titles may have changed. Call Me Crazy comes out Tuesday, October 21st, 2008. ====================== "Last Call" (current summer 2008 radio single. Written by Erin Enderlin & Shane McAnally) "Hide and Go Cheat" (HEAR it here!) "Take Me Back to Texas" "You Don't Know Me" (written by Cindy Walker & Eddy Arnold) "Down and Out" (remake of Randy Rogers Band's song) "Finding My Way Back Home" (2006 radio single) "I Won't Love You Either Way" "Slow Boat to China" (written by Odie Blackmon & Jim Lauderdale) "The Story of My Life" "Better Off" "Talkin' Behind Your Back" (written by LAW, Dean Dillon, & Dale Dodson) "If You Don't Go" "Him" (written by Waylon Payne) "Love Put a Song In My Heart" "Everything But Quits" (written by LAW, Dean Dillon, & Dale Dodson) "Have You Seen That Girl?" (written by LAW, Dean Dillon, & Dale Dodson) "If These Walls Could Talk" (written by LAW & Dale Dodson) "New Again" (written by LAW, Dale Dodson, & Casey Michael Beathard) "Think I Know" "The Bees" (co-written by Natalie Hembry?) With Keith Urban. I'll keep you updated as time goes on!

It was supposed to be November 21st, 2006, but since the single isn't doing as well on the radio as was planned, they are pushing it back (just like they did with TMWTCF). Hopefully, if there is another single from the album, it does VERY well, so maybe it will be pushed up. I do hate this.

There's also an overabundance of new albums being released late this year and they must have thought all the competition would not have given it a fair chance. |

I didn't know that There's More Where That Came From got pushed back. I had other things on my mind at the time, so I wasn't keeping up. Anyway, most of the LAWs singles get off to a slow start on the charts. "I May Hate Myself In the Morning" was released in Sept. '04 and didn't make it to the top 10 until March or April. I'm not losing hope yet. It'll just take some time for these radio stations to get off their butts and start playing it. The Cindy Walker tune on the new CD is the classic, "You Don't Know Me". LAW does it in her concerts, and it is fantastic. Maybe one of the best songs in the set. |

The slow starts just aren't typical of LAW, either. Both Steve Holy's Brand New Girlfriend and Rodney Adkins Going Through Hell took months before they got noticed. |

Well, I remember that kept telling us that TMWTCF would be released in "late 2004"...I think I even heard November 2004 as well, but it ended up being Feb 2005, I think b/c of the slow climb of IMHMITM, which I was so happy went to the top 10 (I think the '04 CMAs should have invited her to sing that...then I think it would have been a bigger hit, and possibly more album sells?). Awesome about "You Don't Know Me"! I'm so happy....thanks for telling us that. I guess there still is hope about the latest single b/c it does take a while to get noticed by radio and listeners even after being out for several months (I know so many songs like that!). So now I am optimistic again, so thanks guys. You're right about the competition, etc. - CF

I've heard "Down and Out". It's a very upbeat song. I heard a rumor that it was to be the next single. Don't quote me on that though. There's another slow song that I've heard as well, but I can't remember the title. I don't think it was one of those listed. |

Thanks to Steve for his article contribution about Waylon Payne...I'm not sure if it means it will be on her album (hope it does), but here's what it said: "“Her,” the gorgeous opening track on The Drifter, is gaining recognition — Django Walker had a regional hit with it in 2006, and Lee Ann Womack recently recorded the song for national release." So I added that to the list ... I think, based on the song titles and info we have so far, that Lee Ann is having/had a lot of fun recording this album.

Anyone know when it's supposed to be released? My guess is that since another single hasn't surfaced, it won't be in February.
