My air condition is not working properly, so I have to sweat it out this weekend (80s F) until the guy can come out Monday to fix it.

Wow, that's warm (hot for me).

In the summer, we go back and forth between keeping our air on over night and opening windows. The upper floor is where our bedrooms are, and that is generally the warmest floor (and the last one to get really cool).

Good morning, KOT members.
:donut: :coffee:

I'm off to spend the day Denver's annual (and very large) Pow-Wow. The Native American dancers at these events are always beautifully attired. I work with one fellow (Apache) who is in a drumming circle, so I told him I would try to find him today. That should be ever so easy ... just look for the dark guy with a long braid sitting by a drum. Kind of like "where's Waldo".
My partner is also part Cherokee, so we both enjoy watching Pow-Wows whenever it's convenient to attend one.
Fortunately this is an indoor event in the big Coloseum building, as it has been raining all night and is still drizzling this morning.

TribbleMom,

I hope you had a great time at the Pow-Wow yesterday!

Thanks, it was beautiful. The intricate beadwork on the dancing costumes showed an immense dedication to craftsmanship.

Good morning, KOT! Hope you all have a great day today.
