I actually thought it was Friday at first. I am off tomorrow, since I work this Saturday (I work three Saturdays a year).

I may not be on the Board until later tomorrow, depending what time I get back from Grand Rapids. I need to drive my son there to pick up pinkys (little mice--they're already dead) so he can feed his corn snake.

Ewwwww.... :yuck:

I don't know why people keep snakes as pets. Poor little things stuck in a glass box their whole lives. :prop:

Hello Everybody!

Refresh my memory with that Mod Squad thing. One guy was named Pete, the other guy was named Link and what did they call the Peggy Lipton character? Tho blonde?

They often called her 'late for dinner.' ;) Julie Barnes. She was so dark, and at times, tragic. But then again, so were the other two characters. It's such a ground-breaking show. Even though it ran from 1968-1973, I won't be letting my children watch that show before I have had a chance to preview each episode.

Pete Cochran
Julie Barnes
Lincoln (Linc) Hayes

and

Tige Andrews--one of the Klingons in Friday's Child--played their Captain (Adam Greer), and the one who rescues each of them from the street in order to be part of his crime-fighting team.

I have been quite tempted to rent or buy the 1990s film of the same name, but I hear that it does that show as much justice as the Mission Impossible! films have done for that 1960s show. Sometimes it's best not to be biased, but I can't help having seen these shows many years ago. :)

I saw the movie Mod Squad and thought it was terrible.

I addressed your MI comments on the Cruise thread in Hollywood Boulevard.

One of my friends, who is a huge The Mod Squad fan, said that film (as well as the t.v. reunion film made years after the end of the series) were both lacking in many respects. I don't think I will be getting this one any time soon, then.

LOL. Well, I do trust the judgement (seriously) of my fellow KOT members. But I may still want to see Mission: Impossible! (I).
