Morning all.

I hate my job.

My life isn't much better.

But I have a muffin, so all is well...

Morning Mike...

Have a hug (})

Now give me your muffin. :P

I've had a sore throat for a few days. I just woke up now with my voice partially gone. Crap...Double crap....

Warner, check the Roxanne thread please. :)

 It's in the post...

True enough. Real friends (such as those that live in Warrington) would not think twice about sending their not wanted DVDs USA bound. Or maybe even buying a second copy so that that copy could be sent to Canada.... ;)

I'm sure Big Boss would be happy to send you a Cold Play CD, but his Trek DVDs? Nahhh.

I'm off to watch an episode of Lost that I taped tonight. :)

While it was taping, we watched an episode of The Outer Limits (1990s series) entitled Virtual Future. I've seen it a couple of times, and it is one of my favorites. It stars Josh Brolin and David Warner (the latter not wearing either his Cardassian or Klingon make-up ;)). It has to do with a scientist inventing a telemetry suit that enables him to jump into the future (first by minutes, then hours, and eventually, days). It's a very fast-paced episode, and has some very chilling moments in it.

Next, we watched the TNG episode Emergence. Okay, no ribbing here. This is the first time I had ever seen this episode before! It was good, but my wife commented that she felt that they were trying to wind down the series with this one. After it, there are only two episode left from Season Seven.

Snow day!!!

And also...sick day...

Cindy wasn't feeling well yesterday either, so we both get to have a sick day without missing anything.

Except I would like to go out food shopping, but there's too much snow. Maybe this afternoon will be better.

Oh, and my voice is gone, and my throat is hurting a lot.

Back to bed for me I think.

I hope both of you feel better. At least you don't have to use your voice when posting here. :)

Is that someone trying to take advantage of my generosity I detect?

Tsk tsk...

;)

Hmmm. I don't think so.

BTW, has Big Boss mailed you those TOS DVDs yet? ;)

Oh, and thank you for the Twix bar. ;)

I have been on Boards with a lot of forums, but I just clicked on one with 43 main forums! :jawdrop:

It was extremely disorienting.

There is no sense in creating that many forums for one series.
