^^ Thanks for the info. I plan to call the paper on Monday. They are closed today. Its possible someone else put that in the box separately. Either way, I don't appreciate it being put in with my paper. Its a little too propagandish and intrusive to do so IMO. |

Where the heck is everyone? Is this to do with the storm? I hope not, I hope everyone is OK. I came here and no active topics!

I'll do my best. ![]() Believe me, even though she's only 6, I'm already concerned about that type of thing. I think she's going to be drop-dead gorgeous when she gets to be a teenager and she's also on the small side - both height and weight. Not a good combination in terms of the predators out there - or even just teenage boys! I wish I could get her interested in martial arts instead of dance.

That does sound like a strange thing to get with your paper. I agree that it's a good idea to call and make sure it was the paper who distributed it. |

I've been around, but there hasn't been anything new to reply too. I don't think anyone here on this site was affected by the storm. Just busy with weekend stuff probably. ![]() I don't usually have the patience to sit and watch a 3 hour long movie, but Lifetime had a pretty good movie on about Coco Chanel Saturday night. I watched it and enjoyed it quite a bit. It helped that there were commercial breaks. |

Side question: When y'all think of Halloween, what images immediately come to mind that you like? |

24, I was at a Sheetz gas station this morning and saw pumpkin shaped Reeces. The wrapper was purple. I'm thinking a little purple looks good with orange. What do you thinK? |

Purple and orange go together well. Especially when mixing Halloween colors/images.

Sheetz! ![]() Sorry, but it has been 17 years since I lived in Pennsylvania and I haven't heard that name since. But I remember that store now that you mentioned it. I used to go to those a lot when I was in college.

^^^ Is Sheetz just a Pennsylvania thing? I love my local Sheetz. It's only been around in my neck of the woods for about two years but I get the cheapest gas around town, warm fast food, and a no fee ATM machine. It's the next best thing to heaven. |

You ever notice that when you go through the drive-thru at a fast food place and order more than one beverage, that they rarely put those drinks in a cup holder tray without you having to ask? When they do ask, I usually say Yes. However, I'm always thinking something like, "NOO, I want my drinks to fly all over my car and make a mess instead."

When I worked in a drive through we were required to ask if there were 2 drinks. Some people put the drinks in the cup holders and don't want the trays. I would find it weird if they had to ask for more than that, unless the car is full of people. |

That makes sense. With hot coffee, they probably don't want the drivers suing them over spills.

Just been really busy lately. Sometimes I don't feel like getting on the computer at home after I've been fighting with it all day at work. Oh, hey, my step-son announced this week that they're going to have another baby next April. That'll be grandchild # 4. Gawd, that makes me feel old.
