Hey there Big Boss! Being able to use a keyboard must be a great releif. :D

I think I would go insane if I had to communicate long-term through texting. Or whatever method you were using to get online.

Good to see you again, Big Boss. I imagine your thumbs must be pretty tired from texting by now. Glad to hear about the new keyboard.

I haven't read in this thread for awhile. So, I'm sorry, I had missed those Father's Day questions and wishes until now.

First, thank you. :)

The best part of my Father's Day this year was how excited my daughter was about it. She has been difficult to get out of bed in the morning lately, but she popped right out Sunday morning and wished me a happy Father's Day. She's in a youth singing group with our church and they had prepared a special song for Father's Day so that was the first treat I enjoyed. When we returned home, I was presented with gifts. My daughter had made a little keychain with a picture of her and I inside a plastic heart. She also made a couple of drawings. I also received a T-Shirt with a picture of my daughter and I on it and it says "Happy Father's Day Daddy!" as well as Jesse Cook's latest CD which were from my wife and daughter both. All of these were in a gift bag and my daughter was so excited she kept saying "Come on Daddy! Hurry! Look at what's next!" After that we just spent the day as a family - mostly doing ordinary things - but it was just nice being together. We went out for ice cream in the evening too.

It was a very nice day indeed.

My advice...

Never use Kit "Scratch Out" on your car. It ruins the paint job.

I had two Canada Dry Ginger Ales today. Half way through the second one I looked down at the can and thought, "Hmmm... now this is someone's favorite kind of soda... Oh yeah, its IE! He loves Ginger Ale!"

Mmmm ... clean and refreshing drink.

I may not be on the boards much for a couple of days. Have an out-of-town guest visiting through the weekend. Then it's baseball season for the 2 grandsons. That's usually at least 3 games a week. Busy, busy, busy. See you all again soon.

FYI:

I have merged the Hollywood Sector forum with K-Dimension to create one forum for TV/Movies/Celebrity type topics.

I did this in order to streamline the board some.
