Jenna-Louise Coleman New 'Doctor Who' Companion

She was supposedly in the recent "Captain America", but I don't remember her.

When the BBC announced that Coleman had been handpicked as the new companion for Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor two days ago, it created a bit of a surprise! However, most of you guys seem to like the choice of Coleman as the pretty new companion, and we're quite ready to give her a chance.

Here's a short description of the pic:

Jenna-Louise Coleman, who will play The Doctor's new and as yet unnamed companion, in the hit British sci-fi TV series Doctor Who. Coleman will be introduced to audiences for the first time in the show's 2012 Christmas Special following the departure of the current companion Amy Pond, played by Karen Gillan, who will leave in episode 5 of the upcoming Series (7).

Matt Smith says of Coleman:

"It's very exciting news. I was part of the audition process where we met a number of wonderful actresses.

"But I think Jenna responded to Steven's writing in the most interesting way. We're very excited to welcome her to the Doctor Who family."

And so are we. What do you think of the new pic?

She's cute, but they seriously need to work on her styling. She is 25 years old in real life and they have her looking like a 20 year old wearing her mother's old clothes. Maybe she will undergo some type of transformation appearance wise the longer she is a Companion.
