Hello Swidden! Aliens is a brilliant film! Do you hope to watch the other half some time in the near future?
I found it on Syfy about midnight last night. So, yeah, if it gets rerun again I wouldn't mind watching it the rest of the way. I really like how it builds up and then just starts rolling. I've never been big on horror much, but this one and its predecessor are something of the exception for me. Especially since neither play up the gore.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

Not bad, but I still prefer the original with Roddy McDowell and Ricardo Montalban. Points for this one, however, for calling Cesar's mother Bright Eyes and naming the orangutan Maurice (Maurice Evans played the original Dr. Zaius).
