Star Trek Family Guy To Air Next Month

Quote:

In March, a new Family Guy episode will air on FOX featuring a Star Trek: The Next Generation story.

As reported by SF Universe, Star Trek: The Next Generation actors will be voicing their characters in the forthcoming Not All Dogs Go to Heaven episode of Family Guy, including Patrick Stewart, LeVar Burton, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, Wil Wheaton, Denise Crosby, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner and Jonathan Frakes.

In Not All Dogs Go to Heaven, the Griffin family heads to the annual Quahog Star Trek convention, but Stewie gets angry when he is unable to ask his favorite Next Generation cast members any questions. He plans and builds a transporter and beams the entire cast to his bedroom so that they can spend a fun-filled day together in Quahog.

Not All Dogs Go To Heaven will air on Sunday, March 29, at 9:00 P.M. on FOX.

Fox has released a photo from the forthcoming Family Guy: Not All Dogs Go to Heaven episode.

As reported by Comics Continuum, A new photo for the Family Guy "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode was released today, showing the Next Generation crewmembers standing in a transporter with Stewie standing in front of them.

According to the episode description, "The Griffin family heads to the annual Quahog Star Trek convention, but Stewie blows a fuse when he doesn't get a chance to ask his favorite Next Generation cast members any questions. He devises a plan, builds a transporter and beams the entire cast to his bedroom so they can spend a fun-filled day together in Quahog."

The main cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation voiced their respective characters. Not All Dogs Go to Heaven airs on Sunday, March 29.

I don't watch this show normally, but I can't wait to see this episode. :D

This might be the last time we see the main TNG cast all together again on TV (current).

*spoilers*

I don’t watch FG, so I had no idea the show would be so crass/vulgar. Quite disappointing to see the TNG actors lending their voice to this type of an animation. This will probably be the last group project we ever see them in. I wish they hadn’t gone out like this. I’m surprised CBS would allow the characters to be utilized like this by Fox. The Trek part was also not the main storyline of the episode. It was more of a side thing going on.

About the only things I liked were the convention scenes at the beginning, and the exact moment the TNG crew beamed in on the transporter a little later in the show. I got all tingly inside seeing them arrive. :D Other than that...
