Yeah, that video doesn't really cover it. And with IF in its current state there is no search feature, so half of that video is useless. ![]() I actually think the Community Chat guidelines explain a lot about posting etiquette. The main thing is getting people to read them. |

Yeah, but pinning a link is a bit extreme. Maybe adding it in subtley in a topic somewhere. You know, slipping it in. People always click links. Even if it says "Hey look at me, I'm a virus! Yum Yum Yum!!!!". So going for the subtle approach with the including of that link would be better than coming out and implying something like "Listen, you all suck. You post too many topics and we hate you.". It would kinda make the staff seem a bit impatient in my opinion. |

lol, you have a very good point there Pete, sigs get read and links in sigs get clicked a lot more often than pinned topics get read.... |
