Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? I think >.< RP Location N/A	Francis couldn't stop smiling when the though of him being her prince entered his head. He thought about him twirling her around the dance floor in her pretty dress, twisting and turning around the great room without a care in the world. He turned to her seeing and hearing her giggle. "I can be your prince, if you'd like" He smiled to her slipping his hand back into hers for a moment waiting for her responce.

A dim light suspended over her table swung back and forth, slowly, illuminating her face dimly for a moment, and then swinging away. She sat alone. Oh, Thank f*ck I sat at the back today. Totally worth it. she thought to herself as Nicole finally realized where she was. Had she been sleeping? Or had she been simply been day dreaming. Either way, she had no clue. It was like being hungover. She couldn't tell her left from right, let alone up from down. Had she been drugged? She didn't remember the night before, or even the day before. It was blank. Nicole's eyes drifted sleepily around the room, looking for a familiar face, trying to bring back the night before. Nothing. Not a clue. Nikki could only just hear the lesson occurring in the space around her, but she wasn't listening. She crossed her arms on the round table in front of her and rest her head on top of them. She was just so tired, so....dazed. As she sat there, looking into the dim space inbetween her arms, there was only one thing she could say to herself: What the f*ck happened? RP Location Charms	Oh, Janice was liking this game. Why haven't she met this guy before? It would've been a blessing if he came earlier than right now. And what a lame place to meet. Divination. Janice smiled playfully as Marcus commented on her reltionship status. 'Me? A boyfriend?' Janice laughed a little bit. 'You really need to get to know me. Only a fool would go out with me. And about moving schools... I just got myself in a bit of trouble with my parents. Nothing serious.' A bit for Janice meant heaps. Which was the truth anyway. Janice never really had a serious relationship. She only played around with men. Nevertheless they always wanted to have something serious with her. But she never wanted it. Sometimes they would try to buy her to going out with her but she never bit on any offer. Some were decent guys. Janice never really wanted it. It was too tacky for her. 'I'm quite fond of you, Marcus. About getting to know each other, do you want to have a bit of a fresh air after this class? And I'd really like it if someone would show me around.' Janice commented bluntly as she winked at him.

She didn't want to seem to talk about it anyways. Life stories wasn't exactly his thing. He definitely didn't want to share his. He was she changed the subject as she brought up him showing her around. He doubted they would get very far on their walk as he had a pretty good idea what they would be do instead so it was more reason to go. Besides, he didn't like walks much anyways. He was sure Janice had her fair share of boyfriends and flings. He figured she had seen it all before so he wasn't going to go out of his way to impress her. Marcus on the other hand wasn't one for short term relationships or hook ups surprisingly. He blamed that on his high standards. He couldn't date just anyone. He didn't even have to like them all the much, just as long as they had all the qualifications he looked for. "Well Janice, I don't know if I'll be the best tour guide..." he said teasingly while raising an eyebrow, "but I'm sure there's a thing or two I could show you."

Right now, she needed somewhere to escape with him. Right now, all she needed was to get lost. 'I don't care whatever you show me, Marcus. All I want is if you could show me around something. Or anything.' Janice said as she continued on writing. 'So... Do you have a girlfriend?' Janice bluntly asked, not caring of what he would thought about her. OOC: Sorry for just posting now! My life is a bit of a tragedy right now.

Seventh Year Posts: 172 Group: Ravenclaw Member #1,607 Joined: Oct 15 2010	Brynn never complimented anyone besides bragging on herself which definitely didn't count. She never intentionally tried to make people feel good about themselves. With Sebastian, Brynn was more of the person she wanted to be and she loved him for allowing her to be that person. She considered him one of her closest friends and almost a brother. The brunette was an only child which was partially the reason for her being so self-centered. She gave him a warm smile which she only wore very few time in her life. Maybe Sebastian was right. Maybe Brynn did deserve someone to look out for her, but she sure as heck didn't feel like she did after all of the things she'd put people through. The sad part was she just couldn't quit what she was doing even though she saw the strains it put on her relationships with people. Brynn sighed, looking back from the floor to Sebastian with a look of pure admiration. She smiled before giving the boy a hug. "Thank you," she whispered to him before letting go.
