Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? I'm not sure how to arrange two romantic interests. Alistair will probably be taken completely off guard by any sort of romantic involvement. He's going to have a gradual, supportive friendship with Natalie. (who develops feelings for him leading to a kiss sometime later in the year... ) but will that be before, after or during a fling with Laine? @____@ @ Beth :: Friends sounds great. : )) We'll have to see how they get along in character. AND YES. : D He was, by far, my favorite character in the game. Love the name, love the personality. (glad someone caught my inspiration *.*!!)

They could meet during the next breakfast for the first time. Beth could sit at a table near him (and Natalie if she's there too), and exchange a few words. Mine too! He was absolutely gorgeous, pity he won't be in DA2, especially those chats he had with others (e.g. Wynne, Morrigan, dog) were hilarious. If you liked DA, maybe you know or would like to try Mass Effect, same developers, also RPG (except sci-fi), some great characters and story. Besides when I was bored and thinking about my possible characters for the next generation, that name was at the top of my list - I'm glad someone else used it, though. ^^

I really enjoyed the side conversations the characters had. Thought it was a great aspect in the game, gives the characters more depth. : O) I think I might pick it up. When do you wana roleplay them together (and man do I need to update this more often.) Just met, new friends. (YAY) I can see them having a few arguments. I'm not sure it would be enough (for Alistair) to think they're not friends. But Sommer could get really mad at him... for something, i don't know what... and there could be angst and despair because of that? OR (because of her crush) she can get mad when he has his fling with Laine and stop talking to him? ( and he, of course, will wonder what's wrong and it can turn into an epic soap opera.) : D Thoughts?

Um, I just have to say... not knowing where you would like to go with him exactly, but if he needs a final and you are willing, Nat needs one... And because Alistair is well... Alistair... How should I say this without sounding like some silly fangirl? I would love to set them up for like ever and ever XD Of course, it's up to you for sure! I haven't forgotten our plans of a relationship with them anyway, which I believe we should totally start up soon! Of course, because he has other romantic interests, Nat would be willing to let him go for a time (-sadface-) unless they are just friends while he is in the other relationships and we wait to end the school with them being together? She still has a couple other relationships as well, so that would probably be the best option. Though I adore the idea of the kiss after the breakup. Maybe that can happen anyway and they can just kind of agree to just be friends? I think either way, once they either kiss or have the relationship, she will have feelings for him for a long time if you decide to not have them stay together. I'm sorry, it's a lot to throw at you at once. I hope you'll consider the offer though! I would love to have them together in the end! Let me know what you think! But still. : ) You'll never guess my favorite character. XD Knowing that my Alistair isn't totally like the Alistair from the game! Not even sort of remotely. Mostly because I couldn't dream of being that original and funny. Not the point. Awright. Think his fling with Laine is happening right away... Haven't sorted out complete details about that. But I will certainly tell you when I do. (8D) I also really like the thought of them kissing. But when we RP them, should we RP them as already knowing each other? Seeing as he was supposed to be a bit of a support system type guy. Soo since the kiss is such a great thing it should happen!!, but I think Alistair will kind of view her as being more so vulnerable; since she did just break up with her boyfriend and won't really want to proceed until both are sure of their feelings for each other... thus friends (for awhile, which sucks! but it's better than a breakup later on!) Don't be sorry! Hahaa. Quite enjoy plotting out his life. (Anyways.) We should see how well the two mesh together before we decide if they can spend the rest of their lives together. (If they mesh well then YESYESYES)

I have to see when the two of them will break it off, seeing as that isn't quite clear yet. As of Halloween, they weren't even officially together so I'm gonna have to see how that goes. We could say that they have met since the beginning of this year, (after all they are in the same house, it would make sense at this point,) and become good friends. She would find his cynicism particularly entertaining, though she probably wouldn't be able to match it if she tried. Ummm.. yes! He can take the time needed with Laine of course. Like I said, at the moment, things are a bit up in the air with Finn. I would love to RP the two of them together, just as friends for starters. Let me know when he is free, ok?
