Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control?

The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make?

Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? It's up to each individual to decide their fate, where will you decide to go?

Deleted User	Answer the questions to the best of your ability. In many cases, I shall not be grading you on a strict scale. I shall give you the grade I believe you deserve, so show your best effort, please. The study guide for this exam can be found here. Please send your answers to me via Personal Message. Good luck, and remember that you only need a grade of "Acceptable" to move on to NEWT Divination. Note that for Astrological questions, I only require you to consider the Western (tropical) meanings and cycles. However, I shall give extra credit if the Eastern (Sidereal/Hindu) meanings and cycles are also included. 1.) List the nine planets important to Mystic (human) Astrology, and give me a description of each as it pertains to Astrology and Divination. I leave the format up to you, but please at least include the meanings of the planets, a brief (perhaps just a sentence) description of the planet's mythological origins, and the Astrological House that each planet rules. 2.) List the Twelve Zodiac signs, and give me a description of each as it pertains to Astrology and Divination. Again, I leave the manor in which you do this entirely up to you, but please at least include a description of what kinds of personalities come from being born under those houses, and what time of year the sun resides in that house (the "duration"). You need not include elements, genders, personalities, qualities, exaltation, detriment, fall, or domicile, but please refer to them in order give you a better idea of what each sign means. 3.) Refer to the duration of the zodiac signs to find your own birth sign (whatever house the sun resided in when you were born is your "birth sign"). Write a brief essay (3 paragraphs minimum) on the subject of its accuracy to your life. Do you think it describes you well? What about the description of your birth signs personality fits your own personality, and what does not? 4.) You will not find a concrete answer for this in the study guide or your notes. For this final essay prompt (3 paragraphs), I will ask that you write about the differences you find in Mystic (human) Astrology and Mundane (Centaur) Astrology. What, do you think, is the main differing philosophy? What do each disciplines pertain to as far as the subjects of their predictions? If you are not sure about something in the exam, please, I urge you to answer the questions to the best of your ability. If you do that, then you will have no trouble receiving a good grade from me. Please post the RP of your exam in one message only. Once you have posted your exam, please PM your post directly to the professor so they may record your grade. Thank you
