Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? Emeeeeee -- I've missed you, dear! We should RP whenever you get a spare minute! Winnie misses Ray like crazy (though they are mad at each other still, right?) (I haven't started anything for this time period, so... I'm very available. Though I should really focus on upcoming finals, I'll find time to get on and post ^^) I should think Ray and Winnie are still mad...(Well, Ray sort of went straight to regret.) or just passing over that phase and going into the regret/trying to forget what happened phase... Or sommething. Whattt are we doing with Grayson and Em? (She told him, though she was the one who left... : o)

I'll have to post later this evening if I start it. Either way is fine with me. I think Winnie was the one who got mad because she automatically believed that Ray regretted what happened and she didn't want him to think of it as a mistake. I was going to ask you the same thing regarding Grayson and Em. Should we just say he's been avoiding her and when she told him... He just got really quiet and just nodded or something like that? Are we just going to have them bitch at each other? /xD Or is there going to be some repairing of their relationship? Maybe not next step type deal, but maybe to the point where they're back to being completely awkward around each other rather then avoiding one another? Awww, OK. Poor guy <3 Sounds great. So she's going to have to approach HIM sometime then. Yay, character development! /dies

I read Marion's new plot sheet earlier and was trying to figure out what we should do with Mary and Winnie's friendship. Winnie's really naive and would probably not even be aware that Marion was lying to her unless it became extremely obvious. Perhaps they should continue to be good friends for a time until Winnie recognizes Marion for what she really is? I don't know. Do you have any ideas as to how it should play out? They still need to make up in any case if you're still using our previous plot.

This is a bigger kind of plot, so it's crazy, so tell me if you don't like it or whatever. So what if Avery and Winnie were long lost cousins. Avery's mother's maiden name is Anderson. I was reading Winnie's history thingy and it mentioned her dad being a manipulative Slytherin character. So, since Felicity (Avery's mom) was a crazy, spunky Gryffindor, maybe if Roland and Felicity were brother/sister, I could picture them having a huge falling out over the years in the family and BOOM. After Hogwarts, they never spoke to each other again. And here's where it'd get interesting. Okay. Avery's mother is going to get kidnapped by the Knights/Squires like the end of this year because she's working for the M.L.E. So since we already decided that Avery and Winnie would be friends, maybe they'd be having a normal conversation after her mother is kidnapped and somehow or another they find out they have the same Great Aunt Ruth or something. Then they trace it down to they have the same grandmother and OMGAWSH WE'RE COUSINS. And then maybe Winnie tells Avery about her dad and Avery's like, he seems like a jerk, and then Avery tries to convince Winnie she's not to blame for her mother's death (but that'd be like an ongoing thing I would assume). And then Avery' like, Yeah. And my mom/your aunt was just kidnapped. And they spaz out a little about the fact that One: Winnie/Avery finds out she has a cousin. In Avery's case, two cousins. Two: Winnie finds out her long lost aunt is missing (murdered, actually, but that's found out laterrr.) and Three: Avery finds out she has a long lost stupid uncle and dead aunt. BRAIN OVERLOADDD. Then they get all confused and it's too much to handle all at once. Winnie's confused because her aunt's kidnapped, but she doesn't know how she should feel since she never even met her. And maybe that could be another plotty thing because before Avery tells her she's been kidnapped, maybe Winnie's getting excited because she thinks having this long lost aunt will be like a mother kind of figure in some way or something. And then Avery says she's kidnapped and Winnie's even more confused. And then later Avery can go up to William and be like, "Ohai, I'm your cousin btdubs. lololol." Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Tell me whatchu think? And I hope that all made sense because it's like two in the morning and I might be typing this in Spanish for all I know. And I don't even know Spanish. Alright. I'll stop now.

More emotional turmoil is always a wonderful thing. I could see Winnie and Avery becoming very close throughout the whole ordeal and the many emotions that accompany it!
