Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control?

The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make?

Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? It's up to each individual to decide their fate, where will you decide to go?

Kayla is Alfie's best friend/crush, right? Well maybe Beth could start to like him, and when she finds out Kayla is interested in Alfie, Beth would try to hide she has a crush on him. Although she doesn't argue with people she doesn't care about - unless it's about somebody else, someone she likes. So if Rana hurts some other Puffs (her friends), Beth would either try to prevent that or would be watching her later, in some cases even confront her. Simply put, she'd defend ppl around her Snape isn't a teacher now, but he occasionally visits Hogwarts. Sounds great. He isn't normally interested in the bitchy Slytherin's affairs, but if she were to do something to Beth or Jess, or even say stuff about him and either of them, he could get very angry. He's like a ticking bomb sometimes. ^^ Well, Rana probably couldn't bother Harold no matter what she said, he doesn't let people like her get under his skin. That's why Slytherins mostly learned to leave him alone, since there's no fun in teasing him. But she could definitely try

Beth has been collecting her courage to tell him, and when she does, he tells her he's about to marry someone else. Maybe after that Beth could avoid him and think she'd ruined their friendship. Maybe they could spend a lot of time together laughing, joking, complimenting, flirting, but when she goes to make a move and he tell her she avoids him, but he tries to talk to her. The more she avoids him, the more he tries to chat to her as he does care, maybe they could end up talking down the line somewhere, (after the Snape/Scarlett) plot sets off, and share a kiss, but no emotion, but Beth could be upset and Alfie wanted to prove there is more to life then love and they become almost inseperable after?

I don't know if it wouldn't be too painful to her, being with him, knowing she can never be with him. But she wouldn't want to never see him again, so she'd get over that pain and talk to him again after his insistence. The kiss is a good idea, too. Beth would never want to kiss him when he's married, but he might do it for her, catch her by surprise? It would be really great if they remained friends after that, even besties maybe. And Beth would definitely need a friend in next generation, although I don't know what Alfie's plans are. Then again, we have some time till then As for Kayla... I don't think they'd be enemies, but not good friends either. Let's say they're indifferent towards each other until they RP? Maybe they'll have to work on some task together and then we'll see if they can be friends?

Although there may be similarities between Kay-Kay and younger Snape which Beth could find interesting and want to find out more?

We can get them to talk a few times and then, maybe on Day 6 or 7, she'd confess. I'll read Alexa's character sheet later, but I don't think Beth would be entirely comfortable around her. She wouldn't hate her, if only because of Alfie, but she wouldn't be able to help being secretly jealous. It will certainly be interesting, we'll see what comes out of it. They could sit together during some class on Day 4. Or if you have any other idea where they could meet.

What if she agreed to be friends with him at the end of 6th year (last day probably, but before a certain attack on Beth, which I just almost forgot), saying she isn't sure if she'd make it to his wedding (either say the true or make up an excuse). Still, after events of that day it would be obvious she wouldn't come. But despite that, she would appear just before they say their vows? Yeah, we will see, although Beth would be against having an affair (even short lived) with married Alfie, she'd feel guilty enough after that kiss since she's entirely against cheating. Although, she wouldn't blame him, and if he ever cheated with someone else, she'd try to understand, not judge him. That would be great ^^
