Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? She made a mental note to ask June later. There was no point in staying here any longer. Beth was a little sorrowful when she realized there won't be a dinner just yet, but hot chocolate sounded more than acceptable. Maybe she'll get some houseelf to bring her some cookies too. She smiled at that though, it's been a long time since she had eaten something good. Beth nodded and rising up from their seats with June, they slowly made their way towards the castle. There was always a warm fire and cozy atmosphere in their common room so they decided to go there.

Deleted User	Piotr smiled again, looking right into Ella's eyes. She came! He noted her self-consciousness and indecision. It must have looked odd to others in the tent. "Thank you, Ella," he said reassuringly. "Oh, yes," said Piotr to the blond haired girl that had come to visit Tristan and had addressed him, "Your friend is very brave. I am afraid I have misjudged him, as he had saved me instead of--" Suddenly, Ida burst into the tent, congratulating him (even though he had come in last) and sporting a look of actual concern. This was strange for Ida, Piotr thought. Perhaps he had the wrong impression of her, just like Tristan? The day seemed full of surprises. And though Ida had seemed fully concerned for Piotr, something seemed to click in her head when she saw Ella. She apologized and left, leaving Piotr bemused. Just as Tristan and his blond friend left, Piotr was informed that he should be able to walk, though he should not strain himself. He sat up and slid off the table, his feet landing flat on the ground. The pressure caused him a bit of pain, but nothing he could not handle. Walking was another matter, as the pain was sharper, but short-lived. After a few experimental paces around the tent, Piotr decided that he could leave. "Thank you for coming, Ella," he said, "I hope you do not think less of me for my performance." Not only had he come in last, but he had no idea how Moody's interpretation of Piotr had affected the man's commentary.

However, she was distracted from wondering about her after a few seconds when Piotr stood up and began walking around, apparently testing out his newly-healed leg. After a moment, it seemed as if he decided that the nurse had done her job and looked as if he was about to exit the tent when he adressed Ella. "Why would I? You were really brave...and, really, what else could you do? Wait untill you were injured so badly that you had to drop out of the tournament? Honestly, I don't see how how they could have made you three go in there like that in the first place...I mean, there's some nasty stuff in there anyways, let alone all of the funny buisness with those red caps and everything else that's happened the past few years..." She shuddered ever so slightly as the memory of the havoc caused by the dark creatures not so long ago. Realizing that Piotr was most likely hungry and therefore probobaly didn't want to hear her ramble anymore, she quieted and asked if he was ready to leave.

Avery zipped up her jacket and headed back up to the castle.
