Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? Fourth Year Posts: 3 Group: Hufflepuff Member #517 Joined: Jul 13 2008	Full name: Autumn Marie Lowe Nickname(s): No nicknames...just Autumn Gender: Female Birthdate: 2nd September Age: Fifteen Year: Fourth year Blood: Muggle born Wand: Twelve inches, made from Holly, and contains a dragon heartstring. Preferred House: Hufflepuff Appearance: Height: Around 5'4 which Autumn hates...she wishes she was taller. Eyes: Wide, brown eyes, with quite short eyelashes, which is another thing about herself that Autumn dislikes, she would prefer longer eyelashes. Hair: Her hair is what she loves most about herself. Its very long, and brown, and Autumn normally wears its down in loose waves. Physical Description: Skin tone? Autumn is quite tanned, she goes away on holiday with her parents alot during school holidays. Her complexion is relatively clear, though just like most teenagers she does get the odd pimple and blemish from time to time. How attractive are they to others? Autumn's facial features are quite striking, and so she has the kind of face where some people find her attractive, but then again, some people do not. Body type? Autumn's body type is 'straight up, straigh down," she lacks curves, which is yet another thing she dislikes about herself. When she isn't in school uniform, Autumn can be found in cute, floral, knee length dresses during the summer months. When it begins to get colder she opts for usually skinny jeans and just a vest top and cardigan. Autumn wears heels between 3-5 inches due to wanting to be taller. Personality: Good points: Autumn is a kind hearted girl who wears her heart on her sleeve. She is always willing to lend a hand to those who need help and often puts others before herself. Shes easy to get on with and can get along with most people. Shes sees the good in people rather than the bad, and she is not at all judgemental. Shes a great listener and is always willing to attempt cheering others up when they feel down. Bad points: Autumn doesn't take criticism very well and can get upset quite easily at others words or actions. Autumn keeps her feelings to herself, and find its difficult to speak about them to others. Autumn is also pretty shy around people she doesn't know that well and wont always voice her opinions. History: Autumn grew up in a rather large house with her mother and father, who are quite well off because they are doctors, and her older sister Summer. Summer is a muggle and attends a muggle school, she is not in anyway magical like her sister. Lisa and Paul met whilst they were training to be doctors, and they both now work at the same hospital. Autumn had a good upbringing, she was taught to be polite and to treat others how she herself would wish to be treated. Autumn started showing signs of being magical when she was around seven years old. It was little things like, falling over and scratching her knee, and a few seconds later the scratch would disapear, another example is on sports day at the muggle school she attened, Autumn managed to finish her race long before any of the other children did, and she didn't even seem to be running very fast. When Autumn recieved her letter from Hogwarts her parents were wary of letting her go, and asked someone from the school to come and explain to them what was going on. Do you have any previous roleplaying experience? I have been on various role playing sites in the past, though haven't done so in a goood few months, though i will write a sample roleplay anyway. Sample. Autumn's eyes snapped open as the piercing school bell rang through the classroom. She must have fallen asleep. Nervously glancing around to check that no one had noticed, she shoved her books, quills, and parchment back into her school bag, which she slung over her shoulder as the pushed her chair underneath the desk. History of Magic had finally come to an end, and she was now free to do whatever she liked. Her eyes gazed towards the outstretched window where a gentle breeze drifted in. The sky was a clear, periwinkle blue, and not a single cloud could be seen lingering in the air. Smiling to herself, Autumn skipped as quickly as she could down the grand staircarse and in no time at all she arrived in the hall. Wrenching open the great oaken doors, she took a few steps foward and breathed in the sweet smelling air. Finally, the ultimate question. Your answer? Lumos so even when it was dark i always had some source of light handy
