Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? Unregistered	Eric was just about to open his mouth when Fera began to say they had to get out. But he stumbled out of the den due to Fera pushing him out, he was enjoying "talking" to the animals but if the Gryffindor Girl, could sense danger maybe it was probably for the best. "Should we run?, Collis?" Eric said, slightly startled and worried, What Was Wrong? he thought to himself before getting to his feet once more.

I tell them to go after your ass. So shut up." she gave him a come back. It wasn't a good one, but he was lucky she wasn't pissed off because she would be more bitchy than that.

Fourth Year Posts: 50 Group: Slytherin Member #428 Joined: May 29 2008	Jacob watched out of the corner of his eye, as she drop of view, turning to look around he saw her sitting on the floor "Oh my gosh are you ok" he said dropping down beside her, his tone had suddenly changed he could no longer be annoyed at her looking, "Here let me take a look at it" he said holding his wand his wand over her leg. "can you still walk" he asked, though at first he didn't want to be in the forest, but yet now he had a sudden obsession to find out who had cast the spell.

I still haven't got over- "Erm, I don't know if I can walk." Genesis said. She looked at her cut, it was pretty deep.

"Ok on the count of three, 1 .... 2 ...." he said waiting for her to attempt to get up by leaning against him

On 3, she pushed herself up. Her butterflies got worse. She couldn't help but smile, even though her cut hurt like hell. "Eh...thanks." she said.

Matthew appeared from behind the shrubs to confront the two Slytherins, he was still on his duty to keep an eye over the forest when he heard some excessive cursing from this direction. Frowning he put his wand down and walked straight up to the two of them. "What the hell do you think you two are doing!" Matthew boomed, before hearing another noise behind him, he twirled round but nothing was there as he shone his lighted wand, via "Lumos" towards the area, he then turned back to the two Slytherins, "Do you not know that these forests, especially at this time are FORBIDDEN, what do you not understand about that name? Especially at this time," He said, still rather loud. Matthew sighed, "You realise this is sadly going to result in severe punishment, I suggest you two get out of this forest and meet me tomorrow morning at breakfast straight away!" He then lowered his wand, "I'm also deducting 4 points from both of you, which means 8 points overall from Slytherin," He sighed once more, still frowning without a smile on his face. "Now Get out!" He boomed. OOC - I hope you do not mind my interuption, but as you know the grounds are forbidden and like Bannishtar I am doing ye olde patrolling and punishing if I see someone in here.

Unregistered	Eric heard the voice of an adult booming accross the forest, he gulped before turning back to Fera Collis rather quickly, "We should get out of here quickly Collis, otherwise we will get in deep shit," Eric said, rather worryingly, also quite funnily enough it was one of the first times he had cursed or sworn directly to a human and not under his breath as insult, he liked this girl, he felt homely around her. He smiled to himself and her before relising his mind had gone off track, they needed to get out of here, now...and quickly. Eric took Fera's hand and grabbed/gripped it tightly, "Lets run now, to the edge!" He said quickly before readying himself to run for it. ((OOC - Feel free to godmode me running Fera, it's no problem :)))

"No, its Matty, he knows not to go farther in, we'll be better off staying here or going longer inn. The redcaps are not in this area, and them and the centaurs have scared most living creatures away. We're actually quite safe here-" Fera trailed off, and was looking around, "-the worst thing that can happen out here is death, in the school, bah..."

Deleted User	Alphonse approached his quarry, breathing heavily, his wand alight and raised towards the centaur looking stunned, illuminating his tense form--the form of scared, trapped animal. Alphonse's petrification charm had worked perfectly on the foliage, creating an impassable wall of plant life that was more like brick. "Now..." said Alphonse quietly, with anticipation as he approached the centaur, "You will show me...everything." The centaur turned around to face him, startled. "Legillimens!" Suddenly, it felt as though there was sense of pulling, not of Alphonse towards the centaur, but of something from the centaur penetrating Alphonse's mind--overpowering every thought so that all he could see was great battle. Small, ugly dwarven creatures being slaughtered by centaurs. A couple of humans. A few nicks and cuts. Adrenaline. The metallic smell of blood. A sense remorse washed over the man, something he'd never felt before as he watched one of his fellow centaurs brought down and ripped apart. "No," he thought, I need to see where that brute of a horse is...focus. The scene changed. And Alphonse stood in the forest again, or at least it LOOKED like the forest. There were stone walls, and the ceiling seemed to be a gigantic planetarium. He spoke of things. Of times past. Of the centaur he--Alphonse, by himself; not Alphonse in Banni's mind--searched for. That's not it. He needed recent events. But something strange happened. He was kneeling on four legs in front of a fire, a sweet aroma arose from the burning foliage. He breathed it in, savoring it. He saw strange things, symbols, and his--Banni's--voice boomed: "Phi, Twelve Around One, Caceudeus, Oroburous..." And the most peculiar sensation yet: He was no longer Banni, but he wasn't himself. He felt completely whole. Higher. Suddenly, he understood it all! Oh that which he could not see for he had no eyes to see it! It was beautiful! It was so..."complete" was the only word. Yes. Suddenly, his own plans, his own aspirations no longer mattered. Only this...only the truth--and the total completeness of it. He wanted to stay here. He wanted to use this power--this knowledge for the benefit of the world. But as the thoughts reached him, he heard a voice; neither male nor female: "I do not exist for your pleasure." It felt as though he'd been hit by a mac truck, as he was flung out of that magical place of understanding. Abruptly, he was ejected from the centaur's mind, and forced back into his own body. He was hyperventalating, trying to breath. Had he not breathed the entire time? Wide-eyed, he stood there, unable to recall what he'd seen. The only recollection he had of that place was the feeling of completeness...He stared at the centaur, unable to move.
