| Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? It's up to each individual to decide their fate, where will you decide to go? You're currently viewing our forum as a guest. Fera entered the classroom, smiling at the havoc inside. "Oh, I thought I was the only one who dared make a mess..." "How does it feel to know you'll die alone?" Fera stiffened, the sentence making her sick. The evil, nasty laugh, which was directed towards Banni, came next. Blood rushed up to her face, but weirdly, Fera didn't storm up, instead she stood there. The room was a merry-go-round, spinning around, around and around. She knew the words weren't intended for her, but they hurt anyway. Somewhere inside her, that Fera never really had taken seriously. She croaked, her strong british accent twisted, "Can't you stop?" The next word was something Fera never thought she would say, "Please?" |

Momentarily distracted, Ian had not foreseen Tristan's attack, and was whoped on the side of his head by the Ravenclaw boy's fist. Ian stumbled back, his head spinning, all the while trying to turn around to face his attacker. He fell down on his arse, this was the second time today he'd received a blow to the head. However, as soon as he'd regained his bearings, the room having spun only momentarily, Ian growled and dove at Tristan in turn, struggling with him on the floor. ((OOC: I hope you don't mind the slight godmode, it is hard to RP these things, especially when you and I aren't online at the same times.)) |

Things were only getting worse. Now some students had begun to fight. Banni had seen these sort of 'riots' happen before, but a Professor would always use a spell to stop it. Banni could use no spells. All he had were his own hands, his own muscle. Amidst all the chaos, despite Julian's arrogant belief that he could temper Banni on his own he could not. His low, cold voice pierced Banni's thoughts, and his tail flicked as his front right hoof stomped the floor, but he did not lunge at the boy, for he still tried in vain to quiet the rest of his third years. However another voice did reach the part of him he was trying to shield from Julian: "Can't you stop? Please?" Banni's eyes darkened. He snorted. First he charged towards the place where Tristan and Ian were fighting, leaping over the heads of a couple of arguing Gryffindors. With one hand each, and strength that surpassed even the strongest man, he grabbed the two boys by their collars and pulled them both apart, both landed on their backs--hard--a distance from each other. "THERE WILL BE NO FIGHTING IN MY CLASSROOM!!" he bellowed. It wasn't any different from using the Impediment Jinx to stop a fight, Banni just had to do it manually. He turned towards the two Gryffindors who were still fighting and who's heads he had just cleared. "YOU TWO, QUIET!" Then the centaur, as enraged over how difficult it was to control a class of wizards without magic; furious at his lack of authoritative power that was rightfully his whenever he stepped into this classroom, rounded on Julian, charging towards him, his face a mask of anger. Julian's words had been a factor, yes, but it was more his tone of insubordination, and the fact that he'd managed to hurt someone OTHER than Banni himself, made him do something he perhaps not ought to have done: He grabbed the Julian Kahn by his collar, lifting the arrogant Slytherin to be face to face with him. Having been nearly half the centaur's height, the boy's feet dangled above the ground. "And you," he said darkly, almost in a growl, "You will not EVER speak to me again in that tone. Whatever you may think of me, I do not give a DAMN, but you will not disrespect my authority and you certainly will not say or do anything that will hurt one of your peers." Banni let the boy drop to floor, "Understand?" he growled. Now feeling that he finally had control of his classroom, he turned to face everyone: "And the REST of you--" then the bell rang, "GET OUT!" he bellowed, turning to the nearest tree and banging his hand against it as he rested his head against the trunk. He sighed in anger and frustration, realizing he would have to face them all again in COMC, as he'd agreed to help Matthew... |

Annie shreiked as the two boys fell onto the floor, and jumped up. She went quickly towards the doors, only taking time to stop and spit on Julian once she had made sure Banni wasn't looking. Annie exited. |

Fera watched with pleasure as Julian fell to the floor, and a faint smile was on it for a couple seconds when Fera saw Annie, a quite weird, distant ravenclaw spit on him. She personally had thought Annie was gutless, and incapable of doing anything scarier than sneaking a book out of a library. Still, the words were still bouncing around in her head, and Fera's feet were as glued to the floor. Die alone... Alone Fera had never understood that word, and neither did anyone around her, in her opinion now. I wish I had a wolf. Fera's feet were free to move, and Fera used them to walk out of the classroom, only COMC left. |

Lola gasped as Tristan hit Ian. "Dear God!" she shrieked. Please don't hurt him too bad... She thought, hoping Tristan wouldn't fuck In up too badly. She began to cry. She was overwhelmed. She grabbed her things, got up, and left the Classroom, absolutely scared and worried for Ian, and hurt by everything that happened so quickly. |

Kiki's mouth was still open. She decided to close it. Gathering her things, she said nothing, as she was completely, utterly speechless. She brushed some grass off her robes and skirt and hurried after Lola to COMC, which was next. Hopefully it wouldn't be as....action-packed as Divination was. Merlin's beard! she exclaimed, in her head. |

Beau looked up, startled by Banni's harsh cry, "THERE WILL BE NO FIGHTING IN MY CLASSROOM!!" She hadn't even realized it has escalated so far, but looking around, Tristan and Ian were swrestling on the floor, and Kiki's French friend looked creepier than ever, even Fera seemed distraught. The bell sounded, nearly silenced by another crack of thunder. "Falling apart..." she muttered as she picked up her things, "everyone, everthing is falling apart!"she sniffled, but soon stuck her chin out defiantly, she wasn't going to cry. "Whatever, I'm fine." Beau left the classroom |

Ian pulled himself up off the ground, grunting angrily, having been thrown there by the Professor. Dusting himself off, he glared daggers first at Tristan, then at Bannishtar. He didn't know what kind of punishment he would get for this, but Ian figured that would have to wait for later. He left the room without any further acknowledgment of the others. |

Tyler almost had a heart attack at the loud bellow from Banni. He stared blankly at the two fighting on the ground, then back up at Jesse who had moved away from him. He groaned and rolled his eyes, "Whatever... this is stupid.." he hissed under his breath. Tyler left the classroom in silence. |

The air was forced from his chest as he landed on his back, a sharp pain shooting through his entire body. It took several seconds before he could focus enough to pull himself from the ground, yet he definitely noticed Lola looking anxiously at Ian. This bothered him more than anything else; it was true that she and him were not as close as say Ben and herself, yet he hyad hoped that she at least valued him over the asshole Slytherin. Yet perhaps there was more to the pair of them than met the eye. He collected his things and left a little more woefully than if he'd had someone in his corner besides the Professor. |

Ella had just barely cleaned up the worst of the spill when all hell broke lose in the classroom. Not wanting to get in the way of anything-punches had been thrown, and she was sure hexes would follow-Ella backed up and watched, half scared of what was going to happen, half interrested as she watched everyone. When Bannishtar finally broke up Tristan and Jullian and bellowed for everyone to get out, Ella jumped to her feet and hurried out, leaving a few shards of glass behind in her haste. |
