Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control?

The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make?

Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? It's up to each individual to decide their fate, where will you decide to go?

Jordan looked up to see Professor Roberts.

He groaned irritably and got up from his comfortable spot. He threw the pillow back at Savannah, then turning sharply towards the Professor, "I was there. Did the assignment. I saw no point in staying there, the place was so deserted. Hell, the girl I was paired up with bloody hurt me." he said, as she stretched his legs out a bit. He put on his robes and placed his bag over his shoulder, looking at the Professor in disgust. He shook his head, regardless. "But, knowing it will make you happy, Professor, I guess I'll walk my cute little behind up to the castle and back to class." he said, giving her a malicious, sarcastic grin. He looked at Savannah and nodded, not even attempting to smile- he felt she wasn‘t worth it, not after what she had made him do. Quizzes? Piss Off. He did wish he could have known why in the hell Hellius Surla had crossed their path, but he shook that off.
He was sure he'd find out eventually.

He looked over to Hellius, and nodded curtly. Looking back at the Professor, he raised an eyebrow in annoyance. He sighed and turned sharply, and made his way back to the castle.

If we see a man glorifying his race, gender, or creed, we can understand there is nothing about himself that deserves glorification.

OOC: We had a roleplay planned out beforehand, Roberts. But, heh, whatever. xD

BIC:

Hellius looked back at the professor who was verbally regressing back to a primitive form. He chuckled out loud, trying at all possible to show his amusement at the current moment. Stopping quickly, he straightened his face and stared at the professor as she skidded around the grounds, successfully making herself seem like an uptight grandmother on her period. He had several impulses to do many different things. But before he could do anything, the Gryffindor felt pressure on his shoulders.

I think you should yell random shit at her to make her see the light of her ways. Flauros chuckled. Hellius looked on his left shoulder to see a small, demonic figure sitting there. Tilting his head to the side, he wasn't sure what to say. No, no. Don't do that. Thorus called back at him. The boy looked to his right shoulder, seeing another figure that was less demented than the other one. Hellius was thoroughly confused. Just obey the professor and go to your class. And be a fucking pansy? She isn't even obeying her own rule. Flauros crossed his arms and used Hellius' shoulder like a lounge chair. What is she gonna do? Deduct house points? Psh! Have a little fun with this. But she will be angry and probably make you do chores, Hellius. Just leave the situation as it is. You know what? Shut the hell up. You have no idea how to act in situations like this. Flauros yelled at Thorus, glaring in his direction. Better than you, as it seems... .....Meet me in the center chambers. I want a rematch. Fine, fine. If you want to be beaten again, that's fine with me.

Hellius watched as the small figures disappeared from his shoulders and he looked up with a confused gaze.

Uhh....

Shaking his head, he looked at the professor again as she walked around the grounds, continuing to shoo students away. He sighed, and decided with Flauros' plan. Hellius smirked.

"Why must we go to our own class when our teacher isn't even there teaching? It's rather pointless to go to a class when there's no one to learn from, Miss Roberts."

That's my boy!

Charms Professor

Kelly sighed as the bell rang, "Surla, as class just stopped, you have detention. Meet me in my office after school. If you skip, I'll only worsen your punishment." Kelly smirked, before turning around and went to get some lunch.

Arthwen entered the grounds and walked around near the lake. She went over and started skipping stones. She was always pretty good at it. She remembered having skipping stone contests with William. Remembering that brought tears to her eyes, never again. Arthwen sat down near the bank and put her face into her knees. She silently sobbed. He's gone and it's all my fault. I should have died, not him. She thought this over and over in her head. She began to subconsciously rock back and forth as her thoughts repeated in her mind. It's all my fault, it's all my fault.

Remembering the Room of Requirements she wondered if there was a way to make it a place where she can forget. She got up, still crying and ran to the blank wall where it had opened before.

Yvette hit the ground with a thud. Almost all the bones in her body broke. Her hair was covered in her own blood, and she was paler than ever. She tried to raise herself up, but couldn't remember how one did it.

OOC:This is on the other side of the castle, not the front. Anyone outside has not seen this, and therefore, it is very unlikely for anyone to interupt. The request from the fifth floor corridors remain, but are moved to here. Therefore, please, do not interupt.

Ben stormed out into the grounds, his back still soaked in his own blood, it was dripping to the ground, anyone would notice it after lunch who happend to have wandered around to the bask of the castle, but that was the least of his problems as he hobbled with his stinging leg towards where Yvette's body had probably landed.

He found it, Ben dropped to the ground as a lump, shocked.

Yvette managed to talk, and looked at the fuzzy person infront of her. "I... I feel no pain... No pain..." She took her hand to her head, wet "Am I... dying?" She looked at her hand, let the blood from her head drip onto her face.

Ben sadly nodded, what had he done? He had killed her, she was just a sack of bones on the grounds, battered and bent. He felt sick, now his day had really gone upside down, what would happen next today, he had no idea anymore, another death of the school, but this was his doing.

The Hufflepuff took the Slytherin's bloody hand, letting her blood run down his own arm, meeting his own, they were both a bloody mess, he began to get teary eyes, before trying to muster up some words, the only ones which he could think of.

"It's true Yvette, what you saw in my eyes, it's true," he said, staring into her own eyes once more, "I do love you" Ben cried.

Yvette turned away, realizing who it was. Ben Thomas had killed her. She attempted a laugh, only ending with coughing up blood. Then, once he had taken her hand, something changed. And the same moment as Yvette realised it, the hoarseness in her voice evaporated. "Me..." she had to spit out some blood in between, "... too..." Then the world around her faded quicker, and Yvette died with one last thought, a quote she had read somewhere.

Of all sad words of tounge and pen, the saddest are these; it might have been.

Ben closed his eyes, he was a murderer, he had killed Yvette Hanberry. Slumping down once more, he began to cry as he opened his eyes once more. He kissed her forehead, it was cold, as was her hand he had taken held of. He let go.

Crying, he stumbled back towards a tree, shocked he got to his feet and wiped away the tears. Yvette had loved him back, just as he had loved her, a match made in hell not heaven, how could all this of happend, what was going on?

He looked up, breathing heavily, back soaked, mouth gaped open in shock. The sun still shone but it was now a dark moment in his life. Ben leant back against the tree bark, still, no more crying, soaked in tears, sweat and blood.

The Hufflepuff boy, Ben made his way somehow to his feet and slowly crept towards the back door of the castle, after laying some flowers on Yvette's chest and forehead, he crossed the corpse's arms so it's founder would not be as shocked, before creeping inside the castle.

Ben had killed Yvette, Ben was a murderer...what would the poor Hufflepuff do now.
