Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? Unregistered	"Just with my dad I recall, My mum didn't want to go" he sighed his own memory of the girl infront of him was becoming clearer, he remembered the brief meeting she talked about, "Or atleast thats what she said." "But then again, if your a wizard family, which I assume you are, then I remember that party being normal as I'm muggle born."

Aunt Marissa was always very... formal about it. I was left with her but I never really saw her." she looked at him, suddenly suspicious. "How do you know my Aunt? Why where you there? How are we related.. if we are related at all?" Her suspicions were justified. She had always told stories about her parents and the family she didnt have, just for fun, but now it seemed to be coming true...

Unregistered	"Well I seem to remember it being..." he paused "...A family party" he finished upon remembering the whole event 3 years ago at Easter. "Which would mean that your aunt...would accutally be my aunt." He raised an eyebrow, he had forgotten all about searching for a magic relative back in his first year, now it had all caught up on him again so suddenly at a moment he least expected.

She had always wanted more family, and her Aunt parades her cousin around in front of her, and just.. what, forgot to mention it? No, she had lied, right to her face. "Thats... thats...." she couldnt find the words. "Didnt your dad say something to you about it?" she asked, incredulosly.

"So that means that my mum is your other aunt..but shes not magical and I'm declared as muggle born." "How does that work?" he asked his now cousin.

And that Ben was her cousin. This obviously wasnt as big news to him as it was to her. She had been told there was no other family.. "Well, sometimes non magical people are born into magical families." she said "They're called Squibs.... is that what your mom is?"

"Yeh... this is great," she said, "I never thought I had any family but my parents. Do you know my mom? She would be your Aunt... have you ever met her? And do you have any brothers or sisters? Whats your family like?" his family was kind of like her family. Any siblings he had would be her cousins. His mom was her Aunt, and his Dad was her Uncle.

The bell had gone a while ago, but she thought she could be excused for forgetting... this was pretty big news. "What have we got now? Divination?" she asked. She was a bit dissapointed that he had never met her parents... if he had then he would have been able to tell her about them.
