Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? Deleted User	"Very well," Banni said as he began to lead them back to the group, "By the way, can you both tell me your names?" asked the centaur as he led them, "I am afraid I don't get to meet to many students face-to-face. Sometimes they are too intimidated to speak; though I suppose it is because your ministry classifies my kind as 'extremely dangerous'." The Centaur looked ahead. The voices were growing louder; they were almost back to far edge, and thank Ixion of Thessaly for it, for he did not want to endanger the children any further by his presence in the forest.

Deleted User	"Hello Ella," Banni said with his front right leg bent forward, and his front left moved back so that he performed a sort of graceful four-legged bow. Had Bane and the others seen this, they'd hate him all the more. He pulled out of his bow and began walking again. His first time in the forest in over five years had so far been without incident.

Unregistered	"And I'm Ben Thomas" he said, continuing on from Ella. He smiled at her as she declared herself fine, everything was alright now, although the centaur seemed wary of his surroundings. He looked at his watch, it would now be the end of third lesson, Ben sighed in relief as he could take some time wandering back to the castle instead of rushing into another lesson like the third years had, after their ordeal.

Deleted User	The centaur sighed. "Well, it seems as though your classmates have already gone," he said as he beckoned them to the edge of the forest. "I am afraid this is where I must leave you. I've got much to see to before tonight. I trust you can make it back to the castle on your own?" he asked. "In any case, I shall speak to Professor DeMedardo at some other time, in fact, if this becomes a true problem then I may have to inform all of the staff." Banni turned towards the gardens to finish his work before meeting Professor Concordus at the forest. "Good by, Ben and Ella," he said, " thank you for informing me of the dangers in the forest. It is what I am here for." With that, he took off in the direction of the gardens.

Unregistered	"Thanks Banni" Ben called after the centaur as he left the two of them in a rush to continue his working on the grounds. He turned back to Ella who seemed fine now and so did Ben, after a different Herbology lesson he felt quite relived it was over. He placed the sack full of fungi on the ground for their teacher to collect later, "I'll catch you later at dinner" he smiled to his friend, he turned to go back to the castle, but turned back to Ella "Thanks" he said and carried on walking into the castle.
