| Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? If we see a man glorifying his race, gender, or creed, we can understand there is nothing about himself that deserves glorification.

Okay. This is what I have loosely planned. I usually like to wing my character development and confrontations, so if anyone would like to arrange something in general, we can rp. Just let me know. ---- Generally, Hellius is going to be undergoing some significant changes between now and 7th year. In that time, he will become even more antisocial, rarely ever initiating a conversation, and very often escaping locations in which there are many people. He will become more philosophical, less violent, but more vengeful- silently making a vendetta against the Squires of Walpurgis. -Hellius- 5th Year: Day 3 and onward: After the new Daily Prophet article, the Defense Club jump starts again. It was led by Addie and Tristan originally, but Tristan is generally distracted with the Triwizard Tournament. Hellius would temporarily take up more of a leadership position, drawing many members to his guidance due to his passive-to-aggressive personality and his infamous reputation. During the summer between 5th and 6th year, Hellius as well as the other Elementus are taken to Plateau de Ponte du lac to be under the protection of S.A.V.I.O.R. During this time he and the other students will be briefed on the situation with Azariah, and how they in particular would have to be aware of his influence. 6th Year: With the Triwizard Tournament over, Tristan returns his attention to the Defense Club. Hellius has partially split the Defense Club in two; the original statute of the Club holding onto more defensive measures, while Hellius and his [members] are lenient to aggressive and destructive magical techniques, designed to destroy a target before they can destroy you. As Julian and the Squires of Walpurgis gain more followers, they begin undoing the will of Azariah on the school; disaster and chaos washing through the halls and onto the students. As briefed during the summer, Hellius takes his [members] into investigations through the halls of Hogwarts to find the source of the destruction. Half way through the year, during a duel between the Squires and Hellius' crusade, Myles Surla drastically injures Olivia, causing Hellius to kill his cousin as well as (injuring or killing) [someone who gets in his way]. Hellius is shipped off to Azkaban as a result of murdering his cousin in plain sight of [numerous witnesses]. 7th year: About a quarter into 7th year, Hellius returns to Hogwarts after Bidelia pulls the strings. Most people are surprised, scared, and puzzled, but he stays to himself, void of any emotion. He stays to no bias, helping no faction. ---- That's what I got so far. As for the Squires, I'm about to post as Ian, as he's just gone to bed, he'll have the dream that will alert him to the fact that the Dark Lord has returned. If at least Julian is still in the common room Ian can make everyone aware of that fact. Then perhaps Julian can start some real recruitment? Once the day changes, of course, no time now since i HOPE we'll be done with Day 2 by the end of today. |

Oh, and don't forget: During the summer before sixth year, all of the Elementium users from the school will brought to SAVIOR headquarters at Chateau de Ponte du Lac (excluding perhaps Bellatrix and Julian if the two factions are already warring by then, if not then they can be there as well--I'd actually prefer there not be any REAL open conflict until sixth year. This year is about the tournament and Azariah's coming to power, so let's try to stay focused on those things and work our way up to the Squires VS the Defense Club). There they'll be filled on on some things and asked some questions. We can go over some important plot points there, which is the purpose of this. |
