Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? School Healer Posts: 24 Group: Professor Member #99 Joined: Feb 18 2007	The girls words tumbled out rather quickly as Madame Johnson set about patching the boy up. She first cleaned the blood from his body and around the wounds, bathing them in a healing solution she used frequently for these types of injuried. For more mild cuts, episkey would work well, but these were deeper and not simple enough for such a spell. She looked up sharply as the girl finished speaking. "Do you mean to tell me that this boy was attacked? And for heaven's sake, your injured too? Come here, let me have a look... of course, I can mend bones well enough, it's not a problem." She looked over at the girl more softly, though her eyes still glittered. "I do hope you will tell me who is responsible for this." She added, sternly. "Attacking other students is strictly against school rules."

Yes, she ought to... then maybe he would get the sort of punishment he deserved, she thought angrily. "I don't know his name, Madame, but he looked like a second year Ravenclaw, and he had dark hair about to his shoulders, sort of angry-looking," she said feebly, hoping this description was enough for the stern nurse.

Nurse?" She called. hoping that the nurse would hear her from her office, Taylor turned to the boys again. "So, ar either of you going to tell me what happened that made you act like...I don't even know what!" She asked, tapping herfoot impatiently.

Deputy Headmaster & Transfiguration Professor Posts: 768 Group: Ravenclaw Head of House Member #122 Joined: Mar 20 2007	Nate had been walking along the corridors with intent, heading for the Charms classroom as Mac was feeling under the weather and he had been asked to take his class for the day. (pretend this happened before I posted the class) As he turned the corner he spotted a gaggle of students enter the Hospital Wing and heard them call for the nurse. He quickened his pace dramatically and burst through the doors. His eyes fell upon Abaddon Delitrous lying apparently unconscious on the bed with several other students standing about. "What happened?" he cried.

"Professor, he and Hellius began fighting in the Great Hall, and it got serious so that Abaddon was knocked unconscious. We--" she motioned to Dave, Addie, and herself, "--levitated him up here from there, and we're waiting for Madame Johnson to come tend to him," she finished, looking down at Abaddon's still form again.

It was a fork I believe. Hellius didn't want to come to hospital wing, he thinks that if he were here, Abaddon would attack him as soon as he had the chance." Addie frowned and glared at the floor in determination, before glancing to her friends and the professor. "It's getting out of hand, a lot of people are getting hurt." This has to stop, and soon.

Deputy Headmaster & Transfiguration Professor Posts: 768 Group: Ravenclaw Head of House Member #122 Joined: Mar 20 2007	After a minute of intense magical diagnosing it was revealed that his injuries were only physical and he had been stupefied. He set to work healing the boy's broken nose and tending to his bruising before regenerating him; from what he had been told the boy was something of a loose cannon who mightn't let himself be tended to. Nate cast a variety of spells onto the boy, mending his nose, siphoning the blood from his face and generally undoing the damage that had been caused. Satisfied with his work, though he was sure the nurse would have done it better and quicker, he pointed his wand at the young Ravenclaw one final time, "Ennervate."

His vision was blurry and his head felt as if he was spinning out of control. From the corner of his eye, he could just see outlines of some people. Hospital Wing...? His vision began to uplift and the figures came into focus. Turning his head to look at them all, Abaddon's face stayed in a blank stare.

Nate was angry at the boy's behavior; attacking fellow students was totally unacceptable. "I have been told that you attacked a fellow classmate entirely without provocation. This is totally unacceptable. You are very lucky that he managed to escape injury or you may very well have been expelled from this school." Nate was normally good natured and understanding, even with wrongdoers, yet the obvious dark nature of this boy was disturbing to Nate as he was never one to tolerate the Dark Arts. "10 points will be taken from Ravenclaw and you will receive detention this evening in my office. And let me be clear with you, Mr Delitrous, that any further wrong doing and you will e facing much harsher consequences." He nodded at the remaining students, "Good day to you all. I will see many of you in Charms as Professor MacDonald is sick." Nate spun with a swoosh of his clock and left the Hospital Wing.

Why was it that he was just about the only person who could beat him so utterly? He just wasn't sure of anything anymore; this was just another example of events that he simply couldn't explain. Staring at the ceiling of the Hospital Wing, he just stayed silent; ignoring everything around him. Why? Anger grew over him but he contained it. Expoltion would occur with another outburst; he couldn't let that happen.

His eyes narrowed and he glared at Abaddon, the fool who had caused the loss. You idiot! Why the hell did we get landed with a psychopath like you! He stormed from the Hospital Wing, slamming the door behind him.

She followed Addie and Tristan's example and exited the Hospital Wing.
