| Welcome to Hogwarts Interactive Role Play, one of the net's best in Harry Potter and Hogwarts role plays. We hope you enjoy your visit. Here at Hogwarts our students are currently in their Seventh Year. Last year, the war against the Knights crescendoed into a direct attack against the school. Disappearances are still reported (or not) daily, and the Dark Lord and his Knights of Walpurgis have succeeded in spreading their message of "do as thou will" far and wide across the globe. Magical Law Enforcement, which is now the only authority in the wizarding world under Martial Law, has responded by tightening security, controlling the media, and strictly enforcing curfews and other laws. Their control is damaging to the people's freedom, and their hierarchy is a suspicious lot. It is clear that some members of the MLE like their new found power a bit too much, others see it necessary, but all are in serious danger of being consumed by it. But with the picture of just what Azariah Amaranth is after becoming ever clearer, and a third player in the form of a group called SAVIOR entering the scene, what will the MLE do next to ensure that they've got the situation under control? The Elementium, the Higher Plane that had once been hidden just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries, and the Deathly Hallows. The pieces of the puzzle have been identified, but what picture do they make? Today is Day 1 of Year Seven. Students have had time to recover from the Knight's attack, and are beginning to reluctantly return to the walls of Hogwarts. The safety of the school has been diminished, bringing up the question everyone must ask. Are you safe anywhere these days? It's up to each individual to decide their fate, where will you decide to go? You're currently viewing our forum as a guest. Hellius entered the grounds and ran as far as he possibly could from the Whomping Willow. He looked back and didn't see Scacra behind him; he saw the Whomping Willow come back to life. Agh... must have left Mascacra behind, I guess. Oh well.... Hellius wandered down to the lake and sat up under a hill on the slope. He watched the water splash up onto the sand and he became relaxed again. Yawning, he popped out his photo and began staring at it. Hellius; mind wandered off to his days when he was still a boxer. He remembered everything his teacher taught him and how he had attacked the trainer after he insulted him; the teacher was knocked unconscious. Suddenly he became angry, but continued staring at his photo. |

Justine pushed open the giant front doors and entered the grounds. She moved swiftly down the front steps and began scanning the grounds for any sign of the two students. She walked around, searching behind every bush untill she spotted him. There, over on a slight slope, was Hellius. She marched right over to him and said in a deadly voice, "Up. Now" Her eyes blazed, a tell-tale sign that she should not be messed with. |

Hellius looked at the Professor and then back to his photo. He sighed indefinitely. Slowly pocketing his photo, he stood from his sitting position and slid down the hill slightly and almost fell over. Hellius stopped himself, and then strolled back up the hill until he was a few feet from the professor. "Well...," he began sarcastically. He tried to make it sound like he wasn't being sarcastic. "It took you awhile to find me." He cupped his hands behind his head. |

Justine raised an eyebrow, clearly this boy thought he was something special. "Don't speak to me like that" She said in the same deadly voice, "Where is she? And don't play games with me, you know who I'm talking about". |

Hellius raised a brow and eyed the professor. He knew she was speaking of Mascacra, but really, he head no idea where she was. "No idea. We were out for fresh air. I came here.... I have no idea where she went," Hellius explained half truthfully. |

Justine smiled grimly, " Listen son, I was sneaking around these grounds before you were born, you're not convincing me". She threw out her arms, "There's no one here to act big around, there's no one impress. You're certainly not impressing me. I'm going to ask you once more; where is she?" |

Hellius was now getting quite upset. She just told her what he knew and she didn't believe him. He frowned. "I just told you. I came out here and we split up. I came here, she went somewhere else. I don't know where. I am dead serious," Hellius exclaimed. |

Hellius yawned but covered his mouth for the first time in ages. After yawning he looked the teacher right in the eyes. "After we ditched class, we came out of the halls to out here. We split up from there," Hellius explained. |

"Of course you did" Said Justine, showing her disbelief. "Well you shall have time to come up with a believable story on our way back to the castle. Go" She said as she stood back for him to pass. Her expression or tone of voice didn't change, it was still cold and deadly. |

Hellius sighed out of anger, hate, and frustration. He shook his head and walked past Justine, thinking and hoping that Mascacra didn't get caught. He exited the grounds and headed back into the castle. |

Edgar enterred the grounds his eyes where still tearing up after that confrontation with Justine but it was clearly important to find the students. Then he would find the students. |

Once again Justine found herself entering the grounds. She marched over to Edgar. "Perhaps you need to be reminded that as professors it's up to us to make sure the students are safe!" Justine hissed, not wanting Hellius to hear. "If this had've been any other student I would have said they were just skipping class but hellius has been involved in three fights already so clearly somethings wrong!" Justine took a deep breath and looked at the lake, "But that's all that matters to you isn't it? If the students skip class." She looked him in the eye, " The most important thing is that the students are safe, and that's what we're meant to be here for. Being a professor isn't just about teaching class, it's about treating all these kids as if they were your own. To be honest I don't even think you care. |

Nat entered the grounds She was so relieved to be out of the cramped classroom and out in the open. Liam had followed her outside and now she was at a loss for what to say. She fished around for a topic of conversation and remembered that Liam loved quidditch. "Was a shame flying class was cut early. I reckon we'll never get flying if some people never stop fighting." She nudged him with a grin, reminding him he had taken a part in a few of the fights already. But she also knew it hadn't been his fault any of those times. |

Edgar turned around, Justine was berating him. He didn't know what to do his eye's where watering up. He hated being so soft, but he couldn't help it. "I'm sorry" he said but it wasn't enough, He flung his arms and embraced her tightly hoping that he would never have to let go. In her ear he whispered "I think, I'm in love you" Then Edgar heard a voice, it was that Nat girl who seemed to enjoy starring at him. Luckily the voice was from a distance and hopefully she won't find them. |

Liam grinned. "Ah, yes, flying lessons. Too bad you never got a chance to fly eh? I seem to recall you saying you were a fairly good flier." He nudged her back and winked. "Meh, those weren't real fights. It would have been unfair for the rest of them. You know i wasn't really trying." He smirked sarcastically and strolled across the lawns, taking long strides and messing his hair up even more. His see green eyes scanned the grounds. He stared the grounds, his gaze drawn in the direction of two figures far off in the distance. They looked like the figures of two professors, but he couldn't identify then. He shrugged and ignored them, turning back to Natalie. |

Nat strained her eyes to see who the professors were. She recognized the object of her affections, Professor McDonald, and the flying instructor. She gasped as Prof. McDonald grabbed Prof. Kelly into an embrace. She felt a momentary stab of jealousy which was quickly replaced by curiousity. "Looks like they're talking about more than broom maitnance!" she said with a wink. "C'mon, lets see if we can hear what they're saying." She siezed Liams hand and dragged him over to a group of bushes nearer to the professors making sure that they weren't seen. She crouched down and listened carefully, her eyes full of mischief. |
