I just wanted to pretty much end this update at the end of the month. A bit of things have been added, but not as much as I wanted to add and update. I need to address a few things, and tell you guys about a few things. Congratulations Lucius Lucius has been promoted to Guardian, if anyone hasn't noticed. So if you get the chance congratulate him. Kinjozu hasn't been on since the 20th; I will give him until the end of the first week of November. He has until the 9th of November. Congratulations Lucius, well done. CBox Advertising I would also like to address the matter of advertising in other forums Chatter-Box's. Please, if you are one of the people doing this, stop doing it. It give us a bad reputation. We can affiliate with them if you guys think their worth doing it with. But please, I don't want people coming to our CBox asking us to stop advertising in their CBox. Thanks. Clean-Up This next week I am going to try and making the forums a bit more user friendly. Mostly in the Haysu's Area's forums. To me they just seem a bit choppy and just need a bit of work to help out both members and staff. Hopefully you guys and girls will find it easier to navigate and find information in certain places. I plan on clearing out some old adventures and profiles this week coming up. I will not delete any accounts; I plan on doing this around January. Give us a fresh start for 2010. Quarterly Awards Well the idea of Quarterly Awards have been going around. I think its a good idea, and might make the member base a bit more active. Our activity on Haysu is going pretty well and we average about 5 members at one time, and at least 10 to 12 members a day. The first Quarterly Awards will start for October to December and the voting will start the last week of December. The winners will be announced around the first week of January. So I ask that you guys keep your eyes open on adventures and new members that arrive. I haven't thought about what type awards will be given out, but I will start a topic soon and we can all come up with a few for each quarter. I want to keep it around 5 awards or less for each Quarterly Awards. Medals & Awards I got the thread up with the awards that are currently going in circulation. Many of you have seen them, and heard about them in the last update. I just made a page for them so everyone can view them when they need to know about them. You can also put your mouse on them, and wait for a little message to hover over it telling you what the message is about. This will be updated alot over the next couple of months so I ask that you keep an eye out. Medals & Awards System Halloween Event I still haven't gotten any submissions yet. So I am just assuming that this event wasn't interesting enough, or people just have busy lives. I am hope it's just the busy lives part. But I am going to extend this one more time until the 9th of November, then I am just going to can it. I need at least four submissions. You can find the link for the event up at the top of the forums. New Locations Many of you know of the east part of Haysu being completed. The maps are up and finished. We, Staff, are going to be working on the descriptions over the next couple of months; trying to get them so members can actually travel to these parts. There are some terrains that haven't been in Haysu, (Desert, Volcanoes) So hopefully you guys will enjoy traveling to those and introducing those into your stories. Here are the list of all the new places, the maps show you visually where they are. The maps can be found in the Haysu RPG Database. Even with the extension, I don't think I'll be taking part, sadly. One of my exams is drawing near (11th Nov) and I'd want to spend my time working on the presentation rather than work on an entry. Will be taking part in future events tho xD

Heh, I'm kinda set in my ways. I'm also glad to see the awards make a return. Those were always a lot of fun, and in moderation it should be great. I was wondering what the status was on the multiple-adventure thing, though....it sounds like it would be fun for those who are into their RPing. Oh, and I apologize for my lack of participation in the Halloween even. Real life has been piling up on me, and writing any more than I already do just hasn't been an option. I certainly would have loved to partake if I had the time!

If you guys still want to submit one, you are more welcome too. I will simply give you $50 in-game cash. Or you can save it for next year, and enter it then. We got the most busiest time for Haysu coming up in a December, with the: Snovermas Tree (Date: mid-Dec to Dec 24th) Aginaldo Wanderer (Date: mid-Jan to Jan 31st) So be ready for those, there not as time consuming as writing a story. :P
