![]() Experience System is very simple and very easy to follow for both the players and judges. To start off, for every battle you earn half an experience cross if they are the same level as your pokemon. For every two levels higher you earn another half. Whole EXP Cross - ![]() Half EXP Cross - ![]() After you have earned a total of two cross's, your experience cross's will reset to 0 and you earn another 2. So on and so on... Example:
To further simplify this, defeating a pokemon that's the same level as, one level above or any levels below your pokemon is worth :halfexp. Defeating a pokemon that's 2-3 levels above your pokemon is worth , a pokemon that's 4-5 levels above yours is worth and a pokemon that's 6-7 levels above yours is worth (an instant level up).You most likely won't battle anything 7 levels over your own pokemon, unless it is a part of a specific storyline being done by an admin member. Special Note: Regardless of it's level if you capture a wild pokemon without knocking it out your pokemon will only gain in experience. In regards to losses: When a battle is lost, the losing Pokemon may gain anywhere from no experience to depending on the updater's discretion. In regards to group battles: Two or more vs. one: The pokemon that dealt the most damage to the opponent throughout the battle will receive full experience points for the opponent, whilst the others will only receive a regardless of the opponent's level.Example: A battle of trainer's lvl 4 Shinx and lvl 3 Caterpie against a wild lvl 6 Pidgey has ended, with Pidgey as the loser. Shinx dealt the most damage, so it receives a and Caterpie, for participating in the battle, receives ![]() Two or more vs. Two or more: Experience is calculated in a similar way - those who deal the most damage get the full experience, whilst participants only get for each opponent that they go up against regardless of it's level.Example: A battle of trainer's lvl 8 Shinx, lvl 10 Butterfree and lvl 8 Pidgey against a wild lvl 15 Shroomish and a wild lvl 10 Beedrill has ended, with Shroomish and Beedrill as the losers. Pidgey did the most damage to Beedrill, so for that it gains a full cross , whilst Shinx and Butterfree get half a cross each for helping out with that. Butterfree did the most damage to Shroomish so it gains a full cross and a half cross for that, whilst Shinx and Pidgey gain a half cross for going up against Shroomish as well. In total, Shinx receives , Butterfree receives and Pidgey receives ![]() In regards to trainer battles: In any trainer battle, a Pokemon will earn more experience than it would from a wild encounter of the same scenario.
