 THQ rescatará del olvido esta saga de FPS creada por Volition. El anuncio fue realizado durante la presentación de los resultados económicos del último trimestre delante del accionariado. Según Brian Farrell, el máximo dirigente de THQ, "El pasado trimestre os anunciamos Saint Row 2. Hoy, os confirmamos el desarrollo de un nuevo Red Faction". Todavía se desconoce en qué plataforma(s) llegará el juego y cuando lo hará, pero en cuanto tengamos más información os la iremos desvelando.

Es de esperar que salga para Pc y para alguna consola next-gen.
