I have trouble turning the key in my ignition switch as it just wont turn at times, I find this very frustrating, I have tried WD40 and this does not help, I am thinking about getting a new ignition switch BUT (this is where I need advice): Should I get an official yamaha one for £50, or a Pattern Part one for £15?? I am considering the pattern one as it is cheaper, however is there much difference apart from the make, and are they both as reliable? Thanks.

Check how many wires you have etc on your ignition switch and then make sure you buy the same - pattern have normally been fine in my experience as well |
