Just wondering if any of the early badge style tanks were available but without the screw on badges if this makes sense  Would like the early tank shape for me spesh without using the badge type tank. Could swap with a screw on badge style tank if poss. Thanks, Guy.

Definately did them in yellow pinstripe as a replacement, and you see them now and again. Also I have seen a few badged tanks which have been filled in and painted in the speeblock livery? That could be an option Guy?

Cheers for that. I`d rather exchange badge for non badge but get the feeling that non badge are pretty rare??? Could mod mine as has been done many times before I`m sure. Any swapsies (80`s word :P ) please be in contact :) Thanks, Guy.

Ahem, what's the difference (apart from the screw in badge part)? I'll slap myself for not knowing, I know it.
I've got 2 tanks stripped for filling/respraying.....do you want me to upload photos of them so you can tell me what they are.
eightcans knows one of 'em, it's the green one he saw at Spa Francorchamps.
Happy to upload if you want (now I know how to, thanks to ss50-1)

Alas my memory is sometimes poor... :( On saying that I think your tank is the later wider style but any pics would be great. On a complete tangent Spa Francorchamps really is a FANTASTIC weekend. If ever a fizzy weekend abroad away was to be planned I think it would be a perfect venue. Anyone fancy the 1st overseas Fizzy tour??? Happy to organise for 2011 :)

eightcans,

It would remiss of me not to volunteer. After all, i am the local boy. We're about 1' 15" - 1' 30" from the circuit. Let me know what you want and I'll do what I can.
Working at NATO I've got locals that can help with any translation.

We've (I'll tell the wife later) got spare room for accommodation, a garden large enough for a few tents and a driveway to fit 3 transits on. It'd be great to have the sound of peds down our street (it's straight and flat, yesssss). That whet your appetites enough?!

Google Maps: "Chaussee Brunehault 336, 7050, Jurbise"
The big driveway opposite is shared between us and the semi next-door.
Zoom out and see how straight that road is boys! Pub down the bottom of the road.

Why post once when you can post 3 times.
Sorry but I was thinking, can't it be a sports ped event or do you want to keep it between fizzy owners?
Just a thought.

Top offer, thanks loads :) Any sports ped I reckon. We saw a couple of Puch M50s there last year. I did a 800 mile Fizz trip from Bilbao to the top of France in 2008 and it was BRILL. Need to do something like it again. With the classic Spa event being so good it would be nice to combime the two. Off to do some googling :)
