This morning i was cleaning a kickstart pedal up prior to zincing via mark g and have replaced the top spring and washer below because it was a slack one and now i need to re fit any ideas how to compress the spring and refit the small C clip spring with out great hardship ? please helppp :blink:

how did you do it ?
its a tricky job holding that spring down and fitting the clip :unsure:

:blink: With bloody great effort and loosing that clip a couple of times , at first i could not do it on own but a nice cup of tea and a break i did it , just multitasked with the tools i had .
