About one week ago, we've finished our winter project. My sisters boyfriend also wanted a fizzy when he saw mine. So he bought one, and with the help of my dad and myself he build this bike (more like, me and my dad build this bike :P).
When we bought it, it was looking like this:

On the pictures the bike looks really nice, but in real life it wasn't really beautiful.
Now the bike looks like this B)

We've taken the whole bike apart. Frame was painted, tank painted, lot's of new parts, some wheeldetails are polished etc etc
If the boy breaks up with my sister I think i'm going to take his fizzy B)

Tnx for the compliments. Indeed, the drumbake mudguard looks much better than a discbrake mudguard B)

Could be worse! Used to be a time when you used to have a man waving a red flag walk in front of you! :o

Still, a very nice piece of work Tombo, both on the restoration and improvisation fronts ;)

I dont know. You can fit some RD50 wheels, they look the same but they are 18". I think they are aftermarket, dont know for sure. But in the 70's/80's there was an manufacturer who made 17" wheels for fizzy's. You could also buy them with a drumbrake, instead of a discbrake.

We didnt like the chrome one's, now the bike has the original look.

These are 17" wheels, i believe they are very rare.
Tires are michelin M29s - 2.75", only 18 euro/each @ www.easyparts.nl
