Stan,
is the headstock nut on the correct way on your bike? I am about to do mine as I type and the parts book show it the other way?

Hi cobra, yes just looked at my parts book and it does show it the other way round,not sure if it makes that much differance.

it fits better your way into the top yoke, I filed my top yoke to fit the other way (correct way), then I seen the post.
how tight do you nip the nut up?

stan when you route your coil ignition lead, can you send me a pic so I can see were it goes ie does it exit the bottom of the frame or does it go through the airbox hole?

actually I need a bunch of pics, on various parts of the assembly as not enough detail in the books.

the rectifier plate, I need a pic of that in location to ensure I get it the right way.

forks, which side is the thickest bottom on?

Stan, I have sorted all the issues out, so don't need the detail pics. whole lot done now bar swing arm, should have been this week but got let down.
Side panel, did you find the helicoils?

heres the frame and swing arm back from powder coating, sent some other bits at the same time, air filter etc
