OK here's the first pics of the next fizzy on the FizzyParts production line. This will be the jewel in the crown in my collection as it is a very early (JAN 1973) "SS" 394 drumbrake finished in Candy Orange. It is probably one of the earliest surviving UK 394 fizzys being one of the first 100 fizzys sold into the UK? We are aiming to build it using 99.5% NOS and restored parts that we have been buying and restoring over the past 18 months. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Many thanks again to "Pete the Swede" (chief restorer), "Raccoon Mark G" (engine rebuild & restoration) and "Sleazy Rider" for tin-ware restoration & paintwork! ....more to follow soon! |

OK, she's finished and passed the MoT with flying colours first time
As previously mentioned it's one of the first 100 fizzys, a very early Jan 1973 "SS" Drumbrake FS1-E finished in Candy Orange. Another stunning example of workmanship and hard graft from all involved in this restoration. Many thanks again to "Pete the Swede" for doing lots of the restoration work & building it, Mark G for the fantastic engine build and restoration, Sleazy Rider (Tony) for the superb paintwork as always! Thanks to all the people whom I bought the parts off as well, hope you are enjoying your Caribbean holidays on the back of your proceeds! I look forward to showing it off in the flesh later in the year when the weather improves a bit
Here's a slide-show for your enjoyment

Notice the large rubber mallet. I hear this comes as standard with your first purchase from fizzy parts............... |
