This is a topic for the restoration of my 1975 baja brown fizzy.
this is how it started off the tank panels and frame were painted and then were burnt in a loft fire here they are. The frame was also damaged by molten roofing felt which melted in a fire which started at 4 oclock in the morning due to a wiring fault on a ceiling rose in a bedroom which set fire to the loft in which the fizzy parts were being stored and numerous new boxed new parts ready to rebuild it which were also destroyed.

The engine was seized and was taken apart and stored in the owners garage it was'nt damaged by the fire. The engine came to me in containers even the gears were taken off the gearbox shafts (a real jigsaw puzzle).

I then went and picked up the frame and all the other bits you see in the pictures up.

I would think that the fire would have been enough to stop some people from carrying on with the project

Excellent work,
