ok i will but you will have to bide your time for the tank. russ is shutting up shop so gotta wait till the big clear out before i can snaffle it. PS leeds cruise is at burger king on the saturday after next. not looking good for us though as the mustang has has a serious suspension problem and the hot rod is still at the trimmers getting the interior done out. find sommat to go on/in.

the big clear out was last week, but the shop is still there all full of crap. will be a while before all that gets shifted. Fizzy galore will still be in business for years to come and hopefully it will be a more retard friendly service. because they will be working form home the phone should be answered earlyer in the morning. its all about being more efficient as you lot on this board get them worried about ineffieciency. so they have dropped the bike breaker side of their business in order to spend more time with the fizzy empire.

I dont call pouncing on everybody that ask on here for parts competition its more like you are desperate to be as popular as fizzy galore but use underhand tactics

i answer the phone
i am cheaper than them
i am at all shows now

thought from the thread the other week which you seemed to avoid you would of learned your lesson about dogging other peoples buisness's

just for the record it doesent really have anything to do with what went on here, they have been planning it for ages. no money left in selling c90 parts etc so they wanted to focus mainly on the fizzy side of it.

As for being russ's eyes and ears then i suppose i keep an eye out on the internet side of the hobby but russ is rarely ever concerned or interested, knows better i suppose.

I was thinking of what people said about fizzy galore not being slick marketeers etc and i realised that its not about money at all. I was down the other day and russ was trying to get this old GS250-T going. it was a right pile of crap and i would have given it to the scrap man years ago. anyway russ had bought this GS for £50. he had put a new CDi box on it, new sidepanel, replaced the tank, replaced the exhaust, fettled it up, got the electrics working, new solonoid i think. anyway it was up for sale at £100. Stunned and baffled at this i stated that he was not making much here infact quite the opposite, to which came the replie 'yeah but at least it wont get scrapped'. at which point i realised that this man clearly cares about all these bikes, even ones as hideous as a GS250-T. I think if he was the last fizzy enthusiast on earth he would still stock all the bits lol.
