I have never heard of an 80cc big bore kit before? Would this also fit the a 1976-77 fizzy does anyone know? Have only seen a 70cc one earlier today on a swedish website, www.addemoto.se, which eightcans highlighted to me. |

Never heard of a 80cc Kit I don't believe that this one has one either. As far as I know the 70cc Kit is for the Reed Valve Model |

The 70cc kit has a 45mm piston which gives a capacity of just over 63cc. For a FS1E to have an 80cc capacity would require a 50.5mm piston
, 10.5mm larger than standard. You`d have no barrel left if you bored it out that much me thinks

 It`s done like this. Half the diameter of the piston multiplied by itself, then multipled by pi (3.1415927) then multiplied by the stroke. So a std FS1E would be 20x20xpix39.7=49.9cc Dont worry Hazel your not the only daft one. I had to look up MILF
the other day as I didn`t know what it meant.....GLAD I DID
A 43mm piston gives a capacity of 57.65ccs. A 43.5mm piston which I think you have should give a capacity of 59cc

I wouldn`t watch such filth and sadly the meaning was the same. I`ve little time to watch films, looking after my mother and 15 cats occupies most of my time. What time I have left is spent on my Hornby train set, looking to bid of a special edition 0-6-0 shunter later, fingers crossed. |
